LAYOUT OF CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS
Upper floor:
The living room features a sitting area and a satellite TV with Dutch channels, as well as a dining area for five people. Fiber optic internet is available. Sliding doors open onto the spacious terrace with a dining area and lounge set — the perfect spot for your morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or long al fresco dinners. Here you can enjoy the most stunning sunsets and, at night, the beautifully lit village of Benitachell.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
A staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms — the coolest part of the house during the summer months.
Bedroom 1: double bed (1.60x2.00 m) and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x2.00 m).
Bedroom 3: one single bed (90x2.00 m) with a pull-out bed (90x2.00 m), available on request.
There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. From the hallway downstairs, you can also access the pool area; the same can be done from the outdoor entrance upstairs.
Amenities include underfloor heating, insect screens on all windows, and fans in the bedrooms. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning for optimal comfort.
OUTDOOR AREA AT CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS WITH PRIVATE POOL
The outdoor area is thoughtfully designed. A beautifully landscaped path lined with lush greenery connects the two gated entrances, one of which has a private parking space.
A small staircase leads down to the private pool (8x4 m) with six sun loungers around it and a lovely lounge sofa under the covered terrace — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A gas barbecue and outdoor shower are also provided. The views are breathtaking, with the impressive Bernia mountains in the background and the sea near Javea visible in the distance. A distinctive landmark is the Montgó Nature Reserve, also known as “The Elephant” (see photos with views).

Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks and include a mandatory interim cleaning and linen/towel change.
Winter rates exclude interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, heating costs, reservation fees, calamity fund, and SGR guarantee.

We had a very nice time (10 weeks) at Casa de los Sueños in Benitachell. The surroundings are beautiful you don't get bored here. The house offers a lot of privacy and feels nice. The house is not south facing so in the winter months the sun does notsee more
We had a very nice time (10 weeks) at Casa de los Sueños in Benitachell. The surroundings are beautiful you don't get bored here. The house offers a lot of privacy and feels nice. The house is not south facing so in the winter months the sun does not appear on the terrace until after noon. Because the house is located against the mountain you do need a car. The village of Benitachell does not have much to offer in the winter months but in the vicinity are plenty of alternatives such as Javea, Moraira Calpe etc. We will definitely return to this area.

We found the contact with Casita Travel to be smooth and friendly. It is a nice house with a nice pool to cool off and float in and the jacuzzi was a bonus to enjoy bubbling in, especially at night (nice for stargazing). We made frequent use of the bsee more

We regularly used the beautiful new jacuzzi where you have a beautiful view of the Montgo (and no one who sees you sitting)Booking a villa at Casita Travel is a wonderful thing to do, it's easy, the answer is quick and the booking is done quickly and well.Whoever you get on the phone at Casita Travel, everyone is friendly and above all they listen to the customer. And this is often reflected in a personalized (booking) email. Many companies could take this as an example.

This year we have again fully enjoyed Casa de los Sueños. Perhaps even more than last year, because the house now feels familiar and the weather was exceptionally good. Not a day of rain and lots of sunshine and that from mid February to mid March. The new jacuzzi was fine, but it needs a long time to warm up. Just like last year, the hostess was very helpful, fortunately there were hardly any defects this year. So we had another carefree time in Benitachell.

Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad (10 wkn) in Casa de los Sueños in Benitachell. De omgeving is prachtig je raakt hier niet uitgekeken. Het huis biedt veel privacy en voelt prettig aan. Het huis is niet zuid gericht dus verschijnt de zon in de winsee more
Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad (10 wkn) in Casa de los Sueños in Benitachell. De omgeving is prachtig je raakt hier niet uitgekeken. Het huis biedt veel privacy en voelt prettig aan. Het huis is niet zuid gericht dus verschijnt de zon in de wintermaanden pas na het middaguur op het terras. Omdat het huis tegen de berg aan ligt heb je wel een auto nodig. Het dorp Benitachell heeft in de wintermaanden niet veel te bieden maar in de omtrek zijn alternatieven genoeg zoals Javea, Moraira Calpe enz. Wij komen zeker terug in deze omgeving.

Het is een fijn huis met lekker zwembad om in af te koelen en dobberen en de jacuzzi was een extraatje om heerlijk in te bubbelen, vooral ook ‘s avonds (mooi om sterren te kijken). We hebben veelvuldig gebruik gemaakt van de barbecue en gezellig met mooi uitzicht aan tafel gezeten. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Net als in december 2018 hebben wij wederom erg genoten van ons verblijf in Casa de los Sueños. Een heerlijk verblijf met alles voor handen en voor ons heel belangrijk rust en privacy. En dat is zeker gelukt!Een heerlijk privé zwembad, waar we mede door het mooie veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. We hebben regelmatig gebruikt gemaakt van de prachtige nieuwe jacuzzi waar vanuit je een prachtig uitzicht hebt op de Montgo (en niemand die je ziet zitten)Het boeken van een villa bij Casita Travel is heerlijk om te doen, het gaat eenvoudig, het antwoord is er snel en de boeking is snel en prima geregeld.Wie je bij Casita Travel ook aan de telefoon krijgt, iedereen is vriendelijk en vooral men luistert naar de klant. En dat komt terug in vaak een persoonlijke getinte (boekings)email. Daar kunnen vele bedrijven nog een voorbeeld aan nemen.

Ook dit jaar hebben we weer volop genoten van Casa de los Sueños. Wellicht nog meer dan vorig jaar, omdat het huis nu vertrouwd aanvoelt en het weer uitzonderlijk goed was. Geen dag regen en veel zon en dat van half februari tot half maart. De nieuwesee more
Ook dit jaar hebben we weer volop genoten van Casa de los Sueños. Wellicht nog meer dan vorig jaar, omdat het huis nu vertrouwd aanvoelt en het weer uitzonderlijk goed was. Geen dag regen en veel zon en dat van half februari tot half maart. De nieuwe jacuzzi voldeed prima, het heeft wel een flinke tijd nodig om op te warmen. Net als vorig jaar was gastvrouw ter plaatse zeer behulpzaam , gelukkig waren er dit jaar nauwelijks mankementen. Dus we hebben weer een onbezorgde tijd gehad in Benitachell.
