CASA DABUTI HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
Casa Dabuti is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Benitachell between the resorts of Moraira and Jávea. What a wonderful view from the large terrace with cosy veranda where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. A lovely holiday home where everyone has plenty of space to fully enjoy a wonderful time on the always sunny Costa Blanca. This beautiful detached holiday home with private swimming pool is built against a mountain and just a little higher than all other houses. This way, you have a panoramic view over the green valley, left (partially) sea view and on the right in the distance the Montgó (elephant mountain) near Jávea. The sandy beach of Moraira is a short 10-minute drive away. There is a very beautiful pebble beach on the other side of the Cumbre del Sol (4.7 km), this small beach is located between immense rock formations and is a fantastic place to snorkel.

LAYOUT CASA DABUTI
Ground Floor
Casa Dabuti consists of 2 complete living levels. You enter through the hallway into the ground floor apartment, from where there is also an entrance to the upstairs apartment. Here you will find the first spacious living room (air conditioning) with a seating area, satellite television with Dutch channels, a high dining area and a semi-open kitchen with, among other things, a Philips coffee maker with capsules. Bedroom 1 & 2: electrically adjustable double bed. Both bedrooms have window screens and air conditioning. Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, an ironing board and iron are available. From the living room, you can access the enormous terrace with its particularly beautiful view over greenery and, to the left, in the distance, the sea.

Upper floor apartment
From the hall at the entrance (inside) or from the ground floor outdoor terrace, you can reach the top living level by stairs. Here you will find a lovely large living room (air conditioning) with seating area, satellite television with Dutch channels, fireplace and separate large kitchen with among other things dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The (third) bedroom (with air conditioning) has a large electrically adjustable double bed. The (second) bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. In the living room there is a dining area suitable for 6 persons with magnificent view. From here is access to the balcony/terrace with a nice garden set. This is also how you can go downstairs by the stairs to the terrace with barbecue that leads you to the swimming pool. In 2022 the outdoor kitchen was painted white and a lounge set was added for even more comfort.

OUTSIDE AT CASA DABUTI IN BENITACHELL
Upon arriving at the entrance gate, you reach the enclosed car park with space for 3 cars. We can't stop talking about the amount of space and the unimaginably pleasant view of the greenery... Precisely because Casa Dabuti is located on a corner and flanked by a mountain, you have 100% privacy and enjoy optimal tranquillity. Along the large terrace and past the house, you reach your delightful (heated for an additional fee) private swimming pool of approximately 8x4 m (sloping from about 70 cm to about 2 m), where there is also a pleasant outdoor kitchen with a very comfortable lounge set. Behind the outdoor kitchen is a separate toilet and there is an outdoor shower. Around the swimming pool, there is sufficient space to relax on your sunbed (6 pieces) and the children can play to their heart's content. The small extra garden behind the outdoor kitchen is also a nice place to eat a bite or read a book in the shade of the impressive palm tree. On your terrace, you will find a dining area, barbecue, and various comfortable seating areas.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Particularities
- In the period from July through August, we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, however your booking must connect to previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend hiring a car at this destination.

- From mid-April to mid-June and mid-September / end of October, it is possible to heat the pool, other months it is not possible.
- In July and August, a heated swimming pool cannot be used, the pool water temperature in these months is very pleasant.

Other
- The costs for the final cleaning include towels, kitchen linen and all beds made up
- Arrival from 4:00 PM. Departure before 10:00 AM.
- Surcharge for arrival after 9:00 PM: £35
- Surcharge for arrival on Christmas Day or New Year's Day: £50 (cash on site)
- Maximum 1 pet £35 per stay
- Only the ground floor is wheelchair accessible

In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid on site:

- Electricity: £0.40 per kWh for excess consumption (via meter)

Deposit
A deposit of €250,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the deposit settlement, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

VRBO
If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs must still be paid in cash on-site. These costs are not included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made up: £305

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Dabuti is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for which are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance upon booking. If more than 1 gas bottle is used per week, the excess usage will be paid in cash on site at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rental sum is available on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, booking fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
