Stroll through the harbour and the charming streets of Moraira , then enjoy a delicious lunch by the sea. Relax on one of the sun loungers and take a refreshing dip in your private swimming pool . Then enjoy a home-cooked dinner on the barbecue in the luxury outdoor kitchen . And round off the day with a beautiful sunset, a glass of sangria and some games together.

Villa del Sabio is situated in a quiet residential area, yet close to charming towns such as Moraira and Jávea, with cosy restaurants, boutiques and beautiful beaches and coves within easy reach.

The villa features a spacious driveway with parking for two cars. You enter the property via the garden; it comprises two storeys .

On the first floor, you will find the open-plan, modern kitchen with a dining area for 6 people and stunning views. This kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other things, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, combination microwave, griddle, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, hand blender and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Adjacent to this is the cosy living room with a comfortable seating area and an additional dining area for 6 people, a lovely, light-filled living space where indoors and outdoors blend beautifully. The living room is equipped with a television with Dutch channels, air conditioning and a music system.

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms;

Bedroom 1: On the ground floor, double bed (1.80 x 2 m), air conditioning, television, with en-suite bathroom, fitted with a walk-in shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and a toilet.

Outdoor living at Villa del Sabio

Outdoor living takes centre stage here at Villa del Sabio. The garden faces south, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the outdoors all day long. The luxurious outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and cosy seating area forms the heart of the villa.

The large private swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing dip on hot days. Around the pool, you’ll find six comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful Bali bed where you can relax with a good book or simply enjoy the peace and the view. There is also a lovely outdoor shower . Various cosy seating areas have been created around the villa, so you can find a lovely spot in the sun or shade at any time of day.

From the roof terrace, you also have a fantastic view of the sea , a lovely spot to start the day or wind down at sunset.

The garden is fully fenced , ensuring extra privacy.

The area around Benissa

The area around Benissa has everything you need for a varied holiday. On Saturdays, there is a lively local market in Benissa where you can stroll among the stalls selling fresh produce and soak up the Spanish atmosphere .

A short distance away lies the charming town of Moraira, with its atmospheric streets, lovely restaurants and several beautiful coves such as Cala Baladrar and El Portet . There is also a lovely sandy beach in the area, ideal for a relaxing day by the sea.

For those who like to get out and about, there is plenty of choice: discover the lively Jávea , the charming Polop , or take a day trip to the cities of Valencia or Alicante for culture, shopping and a taste of Spanish city life.

- From July to August, we operate fixed arrival and departure days on Saturdays. During the other months, we offer flexible arrival and departure days.
- We require a minimum stay of 7 days.
- We recommend hiring a car at this destination.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €500 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well in advance of the start of your stay. You will receive a one-off email with a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will be sent.
To ensure the deposit is processed smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialising in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to settle the deposit well in advance of your arrival. The deposit will only be debited in the event of demonstrable damage to the property.

Winter rentals

Villa del Sabio is ideal for a winter stay. The temperatures on the Costa Blanca are lovely at this time of year. Winter rentals are available from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated via central heating and, where necessary, air conditioning. The winter rate for stays of 4 weeks or more is subject to agreement. Winter rentals are available for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim clean and change of bed linen and towels being mandatory. Winter rates do not include mid-stay cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs and service charges. Please feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date rates and availability.

For information regarding regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of 10 nights or fewer is considered a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered a short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which you must sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
