We are delighted to present this charming property with sea views (!) in our portfolio. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the sea for swimming and snorkelling, and about a 20-minute walk to the bay of Caleta de l'Advocat, where you’ll find a lovely terrace open all year round for food and drinks. Villa Benissa Blanca is a typical Spanish villa located in a quiet neighbourhood and equipped with all modern conveniences. It is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and several terraces surrounding the villa.
LAYOUT OF VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
The villa has two floors. At street level, you will find the lockable carport suitable for one car. A staircase leads you to the lower, cosy living level. Here you will find the small living room equipped with air conditioning, a seating area, a dining table, and beautiful views. The separate kitchen includes a 2-burner electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine.
Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with two single beds (90x200), again with those beautiful views, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a Smart TV with streaming options and Dutch channels. On this floor you will also find a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, and toilet. Outside, there is a charming terrace with a lounge set — a delightful spot for breakfast or a cup of coffee.
The second spacious living level is located above the first and is reached via an external staircase. You enter into the dining room with a round dining area. Adjacent is a cosy living room with a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, a Smart TV (with streaming options and Dutch channels) and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3-burner gas hob, hand blender, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
From the living room you step outside to the lovely 7 x 4 metre swimming pool with 5 sunbeds, 1 lounger, an outdoor shower, parasols and two seating areas. The pool offers plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the surroundings and the sea.
Next to the villa, up a few steps, is a terrace with a large dining table for 6 people and a charcoal barbecue — a wonderful place for long, enjoyable meals.
The villa is detached, allowing you to walk all around it. The garden is beautifully landscaped with flowers, palm trees, outdoor lighting, and several terraces on different levels.
DISTANCES
Walking to the sea takes approximately 15 minutes. Please note that the return journey will take longer due to the sloping road. Pebble beach 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.7 km (Playa la Fustera), shops (Calpe 5 km, Moraira 3.5 km), supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, Alicante airport 92 km, Valencia airport 127 km.

Villa Benissa Blanca is suitable for stays in winter. Winter rentals are available from 1 November to 31 March. The house is heated by central heating, fireplace and air conditioning. During the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included. Any additional consumption (as measured by the meter) will be charged at €0.40 per kWh. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, emergency fund and SGR guarantee. Holiday home Villa Alegria with private pool on the Costa Blanca is located in the quiet residential area of San Jaime. LAYOUT VILLA ALEGRIA
You enter the villa in the modernly furnished living room with dining area. There is a comfortable sitting area and satellite TV with Belgian Canal Digitaal. All Belgian channels are available there, as well as NPO 1, 2, and 3(Netherlands). If you have a TV app, you can stream to your TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A lot of light enters the villa, which gives a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory, which can be closed off by a glass door. From the conservatory you walk onto the terrace to the garden with private swimming pool.
The villa has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms (2025), both with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a central air conditioning system that provides all places in the house with cold and warm air. But there is also a pellet stove .
OUTSIDE AT VILLA ALEGRIA
In front of this villa with private pool on the Costa Blanca there is a spacious driveway where you can park your car, the grounds are completely fenced. Outside you will find the renovated pool terrace with anti-slip tiles around the pool and an outdoor shower. The pool is 4 x 8 meters, the depth goes from 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern canopy. The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content. On the side of Villa Alegria there is a nice lounge set. In a separate room outside the house, you will find the washing machine and dryer.

CASA OLIVA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Casa Oliva is a ground floor holiday home of Belgian owners, located in a quiet residential area San Jaime near Moraira. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a lovely private swimming pool, lounge set, private terrace and barbecue so you don't even have to leave the villa to get a nice holiday feeling. With Moraira a short drive away (9 min), you can quickly find the liveliness of the city from Casa Oliva. And within 5 minutes drive you are at the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Baladrar and Playa Moraira. The combination of the unique location with the pleasant ground floor layout makes this holiday home extremely suitable for a relaxing stay in the sun.

This town is split in two by a saltwater lake. With a bit of luck you can spot flamingos here! Then you stroll along nice shops, admire the characteristic fishermen's houses in the historic center and climb the famous limestone rock Peñon de Ifach. With these two cities in your immediate vicinity, a versatile holiday is guaranteed!
LAYOUT CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is entirely on one level. The spacious living and dining room has many windows, which provide beautiful natural light. The Flemish owners have furnished the casa with taste. In the living room, a spacious sitting area has been created with a smart TV (TV Flanders). You can also log in to your own streaming service.
From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace, which gives a wonderfully free feeling. In addition, there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa with cushions in the living room, enough space for everyone.
The kitchen is half open and is thus included in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric hob, Nespresso coffee maker and sufficient kitchenware. A hall leads to the three bedrooms and separate toilet. These feel wonderfully spacious due to the white walls and the beautiful wooden, carved doors and therefore stand out even more. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have 2 single beds (90x 190 cm.) Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm.). The bathroom of Casa Oliva offers a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine. This villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and Wi-Fi in the villa.
OUTDOOR LIVING CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is located in a quiet residential area. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a large private swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 to 2.5) with 6 sunbeds. In the garden you will find many local plants and trees, a covered terrace with dining table with wide views over the beautiful surroundings. In the distance you can see a mountain with characteristic houses. The garden is located on the south-west. The terrace extends to the side of the villa, here is a lovely lounge sofa, next to it you will find the fixed BBQ, a Weber BBQ, and another dining table. This is the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal in the evening and relax together.
On the other side of the villa there is another lounge set, the outdoor shower and there is still enough space for the sunbeds, for when you want to relax. The garden is very spacious and offers space for parking on site.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
VRBO

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Oliva is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1395 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
