VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
We are delighted to offer this charming house with sea views(!) It's just a 15-minute walk to the sea for swimming and snorkeling, and about a 20-minute walk to the bay of Caleta de l'Advocat, with its lovely terrace for dining and drinks in the summer months. Villa Benissa Blanca is a typical Spanish villa located in a quiet neighborhood and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. It is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and several terraces surrounding the villa.

The villa has two floors and a carport, suitable for one car. A staircase leads to the cozy lower floor. Here you'll find the small living room with a sitting area offering beautiful views and a dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200 cm), a television with Dutch channels, and, once again, that beautiful view. This floor also features a bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Outside, there's a cozy terrace with a lounge set, a wonderful spot for breakfast or a cup of coffee.

The second spacious living floor is located above the first floor and is accessible via a staircase on the outside of the house. You enter into the dining room with a circular dining area. Adjacent is a cozy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3-burner gas stovetop, hand blender, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200 cm). Bedroom 3: one double bed (150 x 200 cm). All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

OUTDOORS AT VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
From the living room, you reach the lovely swimming pool (7 x 4 m) with four sun loungers, an outdoor shower, parasols, and two seating areas. The pool offers plenty of privacy and stunning views of the surrounding area and the sea.

Adjacent to the villa, a few steps lead to a terrace with a large dining table for six and a charcoal barbecue. A wonderful place for hours of convivial dining.
The villa is detached, allowing you to walk all the way around the villa. The beautifully landscaped garden features beautiful flowers, palm trees, and several terraces on different levels.

DISTANCES
Walking to the sea takes approximately 15 minutes. Please note that the return journey will take longer due to the sloping road. Pebble beach 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.7 km (Playa la Fustera), shops (Calpe 5 km, Moraira 3.5 km), supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, Alicante airport 92 km, Valencia airport 127 km.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- From July to August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day of Sunday.
- During the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings, otherwise there must be a minimum of 11 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.
- Due to the differences in height, the house is less suitable for young children. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs must be paid in cash on-site. These costs are not yet included in the rental price: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linens, and all beds made: €305.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of €400 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. There will be no reminder.

To process the deposit smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialized in processing credit card guarantees. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to pay the deposit well before arrival. Debit will only be made in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

STAYING DURING THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Benissa Blanca is suitable for stays in winter. Winter rentals are available from 1 November to 31 March. The house is heated by central heating, fireplace and air conditioning. During the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included. Any additional consumption (as measured by the meter) will be charged at €0.40 per kWh. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, emergency fund and SGR guarantee. For your information regarding regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of 10 nights or less is considered a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered a short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which you will sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
