VILLA LA RISA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This large Naja style villa with dutch owners is located in Moraira and has spectacular views over the sea. The private pool with slide offers ultimate relaxation and fun. With the various lounge areas, this villa is the place to completely relax. Enjoy a day of sun, sea and sand on the beach of Moraira (4 km) or visit the rocks of Calpe (8 km). End the day with a delicious home-cooked dinner on the barbecue on the enclosed private terrace.
LAYOUT VILLA LA RISA
This cozy villa is suitable for 10 persons. On the ground floor you will find the living/bedroom with a double bed, TV, sitting area and refrigerator. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The first floor can be reached by an external staircase. On the upper floor you will find the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, hob and kettle. From the kitchen you overlook the living room and you can walk to the spacious dining room. The cozy living room has a sitting area, fireplace, airconditioning, coffee table and TV. The bright dining room is the perfect place to start the day. It is has long windows and thus has an enchanting view of the sea. There are four bedrooms. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 have a double bed and airconditioning. Bedroom 4 has a single bed, a bunk bed and airconditioning. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and wifi in this villa. In Villa La Risa is a kinder cot, high chair and box available.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LA RISA
Villa La Risa has a fenced garden and offers plenty of privacy. There is a private parking space available. From the balcony you can enjoy the phenomenal view while relaxing on the lounge set. Sunbathe on a sun lounger or take a dip in the private swimming pool, which also has a slide. Further in the garden is the partly covered terrace with barbecue. Here you can enjoy a nice home-cooked meal on the warm summer evenings.

Villa La Risa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by a wood stove, electric plates and air conditioning with heat function. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 2500 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Manuel responded quickly to questions during our stay and was there for us. Could not have been better! The house met our expectations. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice layout, spacious living room, nice bedrooms, several places to sit outside, and a very nice pool. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was that some of the bedrooms are one floor down, in the guest house, and these rooms are accessed by an outside staircase. Our daughters of 11 and 13 found it quite exciting to sleep there alone. The house is pleasantly located, in a quiet place with a nice view. You feel at ease there. A bakery 5 minutes drive away, beach 15 minutes, supermarkets 10 minutes drive. Some restaurants nearby that you can walk to would be totally nice, but you can't have everything. Very nice view. Enjoyed going to the beach, eating at beachfront restaurants, trips to Valencia, staying home and chilling in the pool. Reading a book in the garden. Cooking our own meals and eating outside.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Vila la Risa! Met ons gezin(2 volw en 3 pubers) heerlijk genoten in en om de vila en het zwembad. Ook de omgeving is erg mooi. Calpe en Moraira als gezellige en afwisselende badplaatsen met zand en kiezelstranden.

Heerlijk verblijf met verschillende terrassen waar iedereen zich prima heeft geamuseerd. Schitterend uitzicht en heerlijk rustig, zeker aan te raden.

Manuel reageerde gedurende ons verblijf snel op vragen en stond voor ons klaar. Kan niet beter! De woning voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Erg fijne indeling, ruime woonkamer, fijne slaapkamers, verschillende plekken om lekker buiten te zitten, en een heel fijn zwembad. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het enige was dat enkele slaapkamers zich een verdieping lager bevinden, in het gastenverblijf, en deze kamers zijn via een buitentrap bereikbaar. Onze dochters van 11 en 13 vonden het best spannend om daar alleen te slapen. De woning ligt prettig, op een rustige plek met een mooi uitzicht. Je voelt je daar op je gemak. Een bakker op 5 minuten rijden afstand, strand op 15 minuten, supermarkten 10 minuten rijden. Wat restaurantjes in de buurt waar je naartoe kan lopen zou helemaal fijn zijn, maar je kan niet alles hebben. Erg mooi uitzicht. Lekker naar het strand, eten in restaurantjes aan het strand, trips naar Valencia, lekker thuis blijven en in het zwembad verkoeling zoeken. Een boek lezen in de tuin. Zelf koken en buiten eten.

Welcome to Villa La Madrugada ('the early morning'), a true gem in our offering. The villa has a delightful free sunny terrace around the private swimming pool, is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a dining table and a covered naya with seating benches. This modern, contemporary villa is located in a unique location with breathtaking views and close to the beaches of Benissa and Moraira. Within short walking distance are, among others, La Fustera, a sandy beach with a cosy restaurant and a supermarket. Enjoy the covered outdoor chill-out area with a cosy bar, outdoor kitchen, lounge sofa and extra-large picnic table. This Mediterranean holiday home is a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday with family and friends in all luxury and comfort.
Sustainability is high on the agenda. The house has solar panels, is gas-free, has a heat pump and filtered tap water. The swimming pool is equipped with salt water. A salt water swimming pool has a natural way of disinfecting. A swimming pool with salt water is cleaned with special pool salt. This is added to a salt water system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment. Moreover, it feels much softer than sea and chlorine water.
LAYOUT OF VILLA LA MADRUGADA
The Dutch owners have had the villa completely renovated with an eye for detail and while preserving the Mediterranean atmosphere. The beautiful round shapes in the living room and tasteful furnishings with natural colours and materials make the villa exude a lot of luxury. Contemporary furniture, fine linen, comfortable cushions and matching accessories make the holiday home a harmonious whole.
Through the automatic entrance gate, you reach the parking area and spacious garage (with 2 washing machines and dryer). From the parking area, you reach the main entrance via stairs. Here you will find the living room, dining table, open kitchen with bar. The luxury kitchen is equipped with, among other things, large refrigerator, drinking water tap, freezer, combination oven, induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a guest toilet and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2: 2 single beds (90x200). An open staircase in the living room leads you to bedroom 3: the master bedroom with double bed (180x200) and spacious balcony. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet, window screens, blackout Luxaflex and high-quality mattresses. From both 2 bedrooms and the kitchen, you can directly access the terrace that leads to the swimming pool.
From the car park/garden, you can reach the studio for 2-4 people via a few steps. It has a pantry with a refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine, bathroom with shower and toilet, and bedroom 4: equipped with a double bed of 180x200 and a double bed of 140x200. Villa La Madrugada offers phenomenal views of the Mediterranean Sea and the imposing Peñon de Ifach, rock of Calpe, from various terraces and spots.
The private saltwater swimming pool (10x4 and sloping to 2m deep) with sunbathing plateau offers plenty of space to relax. The large covered dining table provides enough space to eat together or play a game. The fantastic chill-out area with covered outdoor kitchen is equipped with a built-in BBQ, refrigerator and dishwasher. Villa La Madrugada has a beautiful large garden of 1800m2 with various sunny or shaded spots including a table tennis table.
The villa is fully enclosed and closed by means of an electric gate. There is space for 1 car on the property.
Beach lovers can indulge themselves, within walking distance you are quickly at various beautiful bays with sandy or pebble beaches. There is a diverse range of restaurants and shops nearby, and the villages of Moraira, Jalon, Benissa and Jávea are worth a visit. A day trip to Valencia or Alicante is certainly recommended and don't forget the historic Altea.

PARTICULARITIES:

- In the period from July to August, we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months, arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must connect with previous/next bookings or there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of €1000,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the deposit settlement, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
It is not permitted to take photos or videos of/on/in the villa and/or the grounds for commercial purposes, commercial use or purposes other than private use without prior express written permission from the owner (La Madrugada). Different rates apply for a photoshoot at La Madrugada.
Winter rental for 4 - 8 weeks is possible upon request.
