VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
We are delighted to add this charming villa—featuring sea views(!)—to our portfolio. It is just a 15-minute walk to the sea for swimming and snorkeling, and a walk of about 20 minutes takes you to the Caleta de l'Advocat cove, which boasts a lovely terrace for food and drinks all year round. Villa Benissa Blanca is a classic Spanish villa situated in a quiet neighborhood, fully equipped with modern amenities. It is a detached villa featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and various terraces surrounding the property.
VILLA BENISSA BLANCA LAYOUT
The villa is spread across two levels, making it ideal for two families or couples. At street level, there is a secure carport for one car; a second car can be parked on the quiet cul-de-sac. A flight of stairs leads down to the cozy lower level. Here, you will find a small living area equipped with air conditioning, a seating area, a dining table, and a stunning view. The separate kitchen includes a two-burner electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom with two single beds (90x200), the same beautiful view, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities and Dutch channels. This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, and toilet. Outside, there is a cozy terrace with a lounge set, a wonderful spot for breakfast or a cup of coffee.
The spacious upper living level is situated above the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase. You enter—passing through a terrace with a stunning view—into the dining room, which features a round dining area. Adjoining this is a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, a Smart TV (with streaming capabilities and Dutch channels), and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. Kitchen amenities include a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, immersion blender, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3: one double bed (150x200). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, insect screens, and built-in wardrobes. There is a second bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
OUTDOOR AREA AT VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
From the living room on the upper level, you step out to a delightful 7 x 4-meter swimming pool featuring 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, parasols, and a lovely covered lounge sofa. The pool area offers plenty of privacy and magnificent views of the surrounding area and the sea.
Next to the villa—accessible via a few steps—is a terrace featuring a large dining table for six and a gas barbecue. It is a wonderful spot for long, leisurely meals.
The villa is detached, allowing you to walk all the way around the property. The garden is beautifully landscaped with colorful flowers, various types of fruit trees, and palm trees; it also features outdoor lighting and several terraces set at different levels.
DISTANCES
You can walk to the sea in approximately 15 minutes. Please note that the return journey may take a little longer due to the uphill walk. Pebble beach 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.7 km (Playa la Fustera), shops: Calpe 5 km and Moraira 3.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, Alicante Airport 92 km, Valencia Airport 127 km.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- During July and August, we operate with a fixed arrival and departure day: Sunday.
- During other months, arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week; however, your booking must connect to previous or subsequent bookings, or there must be a gap of at least 5 nights between bookings. Please ask us about the possibilities.
- A minimum stay of 5 nights is required, except during July and August.
- We recommend renting a car for this destination.
- Please be aware of the changes in elevation around the house; however, you are rewarded with a fantastic view. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

VRBO
If you book via the VRBO portal, the following costs must be paid in cash on-site. These costs are not yet included in the rental price: Final cleaning, including towels, kitchen linens, and all beds made: €305.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €400 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well before your stay begins. You will receive a single email containing a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card hold; no reminders will be sent.
To manage the security deposit process smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specializing in processing security deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit, allowing you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. A charge will only be made in the event of demonstrable damage to the property.
WINTER STAYS
Villa Benissa Blanca is suitable for winter stays. Winter rentals apply from November 1st to March 31st. The house is heated via central heating, a fireplace, and air conditioning. During the winter months, an electricity allowance of 125 kWh per week is included; any excess usage (measured via the meter) is charged at €0.40 per kWh. Winter rentals are available for a maximum of 8 weeks within the November 1st to March 31st period. For stays of 29 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required and will be scheduled in consultation with you. Winter rates exclude mid-stay cleaning, standard final cleaning costs, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation fees, the calamity fund contribution, and SGR guarantee coverage. A stay of 10 nights or fewer is classified as a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is classified as a short-term rental under Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, requiring the signing of a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
