VILLA AURORA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Villa Aurora is a modern detached holiday home in Moraira. In this villa with a private swimming pool, located in a quiet villa neighbourhood, you will experience complete privacy and tranquillity. Relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers by the private swimming pool or enjoy a cold drink on the lounge set on the balcony. You will look out over the beautiful landscape of Spain, Calpe and the stunning blue sea. In this sleekly furnished holiday home, wonderfully bright due to the large windows, you will experience an ultimate holiday experience.
LAYOUT VILLA AURORA
This modern villa is suitable for eight people. The lovely living room is furnished with a seating area, dining area, smart television with Dutch channels. From here you have breathtaking views through the wide windows and access to the balcony. You can walk straight into the kitchen which is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, oven, hob, kettle, blender, hand blender and coffee maker. Villa Aurora has four bedrooms. All have two single beds (90 x 200), en suite bathroom, air conditioning and window screens. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, toilet, double washbasin and hairdryer. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, double washbasin and hairdryer. Bathrooms 3 and 4 have a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. This villa has wifi and air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA AURORA IN MORAIRA
In the spacious garden of Villa Aurora, you will spend hours in the sun. Dive into the spacious swimming pool in the middle of the garden and then relax on one of the 8 sunbeds around it. The pool is 4 by 10 meters and 1.20 to 1.80 meters deep. On warm summer evenings, you can enjoy a self-cooked evening meal on the barbecue at the outdoor dining table. This villa also has a beautiful balcony with a lounge set and table. Furthermore, this villa has an outdoor shower (hot/cold), parasol and sun shade/canopy. There are two covered private parking spaces. Fancy a day at the beach? Cala Llobella beach is 1.1 km away, where you have a beautiful view of the Ifach. The fine sandy beach of Moraira is 5.6 km away. From here, you can walk straight into the old fishing village with all its nice terraces and bars.

In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, however your booking must connect to previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
We recommend hiring a car at this destination.
For your information:
Early March 2024 construction began on a dwelling next to Villa Aurora. The largest works have since taken place and the owner expects possible construction activities in 2025. If you have any questions, please contact us.

You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

In this property, winter rental from October through April is not possible.

The house has everything to make your stay a success. Lovely terrace and downstairs nice place to sit and eat together. All bedrooms have a bathroom, there is a washing machine and the pool is super.

Contact with Casita Travel was very good. The location of Villa Aurora was not great, but easily accessible by car. We were very pleased that drinking water was available and that the washing machine also runs on decalcified water so that clothes do see more

Er zijn stoeltjes en parasols om naar het strand te gaan. Nederlandse boeken om te lezen en een hometrainer om te sporten. De service van Casita travel in de persoon van Daphne is geweldig. Eigenlijk is het moeilijk te omschrijven hoe mooi, kwalitatief hoogstaand en luxe het verblijf is. De omgeving is prachtig. Supermarkt dichtbij. |

Contact met Casita Travel was heel goed. De ligging van Villa Aurora was iets minder, maar met de auto goed bereikbaar. We vonden het erg fijn dat er drinkwater beschikbaar was en dat de wasmachine ook op ontkalkt water draait waardoor kleding niet vsee more
