Finca La Ferma is one of those places where everything feels right the moment you arrive. With the sea just 800 metres away, you can easily walk from your peaceful green surroundings down to the coast – a rare luxury that instantly makes your stay feel special. Here, it’s not about planning, but about living in the moment: long evenings outside, sharing meals under the stars, and watching the sun slowly set into the sea as everything winds down.

The private swimming pool is the heart of outdoor living and can be fully closed off, making the villa extra child-friendly and ideal for carefree holidays with the whole family.

The villa is fully designed in a stylish Ibiza-inspired atmosphere, where light, calm and natural materials come together in a relaxed and elegant setting.

On the ground floor, the spacious open-plan kitchen forms the heart of the house. It features a long dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, fridge, freezer and espresso machine. Adjacent to this is the cosy living room with comfortable seating, television and a fireplace. Thanks to the direct connection to the outdoor lounge area, indoor and outdoor living blend effortlessly.

The villa offers five spacious double bedrooms, all with air conditioning (also suitable for heating) and private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring optimal privacy and comfort for every guest.

Outdoor living at Finca La Ferma

Here, life takes place outdoors. On the spacious covered terrace you’ll find a stylish and comfortable lounge area, a long dining table and a fireplace. The perfect setting for slow mornings and endless evenings under the stars. The barbecue and paella pan complete the experience, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together in a warm Mediterranean atmosphere.

A few steps down, you’ll find the large private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. With the charming pool bar close by, this is where everyone naturally gathers throughout the day. The pool is fully lockable, making it extra child-friendly.

The 2,400 m² plot feels like a green oasis of calm, offering privacy, sea views and the scent of Mediterranean nature. The nearby mandarin orchard adds a truly authentic Southern Spanish charm you won’t find anywhere else.

For playful moments, there is a table tennis table and a jeu-de-boules court, everything you need for long, relaxed days in the sun.

Surroundings

Benissa Coast is ideally located between the lively coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. From the villa, you are just minutes from the sea (approx. 800 m), with easy access to the coastline. The area is known for its crystal-clear waters, small coves and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. For those who want to explore, there are plenty of beaches, restaurants and golf courses nearby, while the immediate surroundings offer peace, nature and privacy.

In July and August, fixed arrival and departure days apply on Saturdays. In other months, flexible arrival and departure days are possible.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €750 applies. This must be paid well in advance of arrival. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card authorisation. No reminder will be sent.

To ensure a smooth handling of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in credit card guarantees. The deposit is handled in a secure environment and does not affect your credit card limit. It is only charged in case of proven damage to the property.

Winter rental

Finca La Ferma is suitable for winter stays. Temperatures on the Costa Blanca are pleasantly mild during this period. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated via air conditioning and the fireplace. The winter rate for stays from 4 weeks is available upon request. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks and include mandatory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel changes. Winter rates exclude mid-stay cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs and service fees. For the latest rates and availability, please contact us.

Information regarding regional regulations (Valencia / Costa Blanca):

A stay of 10 nights or less is considered a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered a short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which a short-term rental contract must be signed prior to arrival.
