FINCA ELODIE IN BENISSA
Some houses are lucky enough to be located in a beautiful spot. Finca Elodie is such a house! This house is completely surrounded by greenery and has phenomenal views of the valley and the sea. Here you can enjoy the outdoors. With a lovely private pool and several places to sit quietly or lounging.

LAYOUT FINCA ELODIE
Finca Elodie consists of 2 floors. On the first floor are the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is tastefully decorated and includes a sitting area and direct access to the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, 5-burner stove and Nespresso coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200) and has access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x220) and also has direct access to the terrace. The bathrooms on the first floor are both equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x220). Bedroom 4 (for 2 persons) has a single single bed with a single pull-out bed, ideal for an adult and a child until 12 years. The third and last bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower, sink and toilet. The entire house has wifi and air conditioning (except bedroom 4, this has a fan) as well as a washing machine and dryer.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF FINCA ELODIE
The outdoors of Finca Elodie is truly phenomenal. Finca Elodie is situated about 200 meters from a main road in beautiful surroundings. From the terraces you have beautiful views of the green valley and the Mediterranean Sea. Finca Elodie has a beautifully landscaped garden with a private pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds where you can enjoy the sun. You have several places to sit quietly or to lounge. There is a nice terrace with a large dining table and built-in barbecue where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.
From the finca you can take lovely walks in the valley.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure on Sunday. In the other months arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. With our family (3 adult children with partners) this was the ideal family home for us. With lots of space, but also privacy, very complete and tastefully decorated. It is an authentic and also comfortable house. Outside is fantastic. The finca is located in a beautiful place with great views of the mountains and the sea, also from the modern pool with the sun terrace. Both in the shade (under a beautiful porch) as well as in the sun is lovely. Life was therefore mostly outside here, even in early spring. In particular, the various seating and lounge areas with everywhere the great view made our stay unique. A location to love! We will definitely return. - Cora |

Een heerlijk huis in een geweldig landschap

Van 7 tot 12 juni 2023 hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in Finca Elodie in Benissa. Met ons gezin (3 volwassen kinderen met partners) was dit voor ons het ideale familiehuis. Met veel ruimte, maar ook privacy, heel compleet en smaakvol ingericht. see more
Van 7 tot 12 juni 2023 hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in Finca Elodie in Benissa. Met ons gezin (3 volwassen kinderen met partners) was dit voor ons het ideale familiehuis. Met veel ruimte, maar ook privacy, heel compleet en smaakvol ingericht. Het is een authentiek en ook comfortabel huis.
Buiten is het fantastisch. De finca is gelegen op een prachtige plek met overal groots uitzicht op de bergen en op de zee, ook vanuit het moderne zwembad met het zonneterras. Zowel in de schaduw (onder een prachtige veranda) als in de zon is het heerlijk toeven. Het leven speelde zich dan ook vooral hierbuiten af, zelfs in het vroege voorjaar. Met name de verschillende zit- en loungeplekken met overal het geweldige uitzicht maakte ons verblijf uniek. Een locatie om van te houden! Wij komen dan ook zeker terug. - Cora |

Geweldige plek om weg te komen, vooral voor gezinnen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zoals zwembad, zonneterras, 3 terrassen en een buitenkeuken. Je kunt gemakkelijk lopen of rijden in de omgeving. Een dagje naar het strand of je kunt steden alsee more
Geweldige plek om weg te komen, vooral voor gezinnen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zoals zwembad, zonneterras, 3 terrassen en een buitenkeuken. Je kunt gemakkelijk lopen of rijden in de omgeving. Een dagje naar het strand of je kunt steden als Alicante of Valencia bezoeken. Finca Elodie is het perfecte huis om in te verblijven als je door de prachtige omgeving van Alicante trekt.

Het was geweldig om hier tijd door te brengen! Geweldige plek om te chillen in de tuin met prachtig uitzicht in een vallei. Rustige locatie maar stranden zijn dichtbij. Interieur is erg gezellig, geeft je een gevoel van thuis. Keuken goed uitgerust.

We hebben een heerlijk relaxed verblijf gehad! De finca is
authentiek, mooi dat je de historie nog herkent zoals de voederbak voor dieren in de slaapkamer. De slaapkamers hebben airco en bevatten verder alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima badkamer en de ksee more

CASA CATHARINA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This holiday home with private pool is located in a quiet and green residential area. You will certainly not lack luxury and comfort because the owners have furnished Casa Catharina with great care. From the terrace you will have a beautiful view of the sea and the Ifach near Calpe. Take a dip in the nice private pool or relax with a good book in one of the comfortable lounge corners. Only 3 km away is the bay of Cala Baladrar, a nice beach away from the crowds. Moraira beach is a short 10 minute drive away. A great aspect of this beautiful region is the wide range of beautiful golden yellow sandy beaches and idyllic bays. LAYOUT CASA CATHARINA WITH PRIVATE POOL
Casa Catharina is a lovely detached holiday home with a private swimming pool and consists of several floors inside and outside. It is perfect for a stay with two families. On the ground floor you will find the living room which is bright and spacious with smart TV. The large windows in the living room offer a fantastic view over the valley. From the living room you'll walk into the very tastefully furnished kitchen. The beautiful long dining table offers space for everyone! The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, large fridge and freezer. On this floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink and is accessible from both bedrooms. The other two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located one floor below. This floor can be reached via a staircase from the outside, the floors are not connected to each other. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink. There is air conditioning and wifi throughout the house. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA CATHARINA
The outdoors of this holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca is perfect. The large terrace is on the left side of the entrance of Casa Catharina. At the dining table you can enjoy all the delicacies from the built-in barbecue. Via a staircase on the other side of the house you reach the lower terraces and the swimming pool. Take a dip in the lovely private pool or relax in the lounge area with sun beds. On the terrace above there are two more beach chairs. The covered terrace with sitting area, bar with fridge and music system offers plenty of shade and some coolness in the summer months. There is also a toilet at the pool.

VILLA MIRAMAR HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA
The location of Villa Miramar in Benissa is very central. This comfortable home is a 5-10 minutes walk from Cala Baladrar. A little further you'll find Cala Advocat, a small bay with pebbles and fine sand. You can dine on the beach, regularly with live music. The sea view from the terrace of this villa with private pool and from the villa itself is amazing! Sit down and enjoy! Outside is a great dining table where a large tarpaulin offers shelter from the sun. You can enjoy a glass of wine and tapas or a delicious meal here. The villa is located in a quiet place, but you can reach several beaches and restaurants within 10 minutes. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are 3 beautiful golf courses just a short drive away.

LAYOUT VILLA MIRAMAR IN BENISSA
You enter the house through the naya. The living room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable seating area and television. The open modern kitchen with dining area is fully equipped including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a modern ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has access to the naya. Who doesn't want to wake up with a sea view?
Ground floor
Via a staircase by the terrace you reach a studio. This studio is located under the house and has a nice living room/kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the morning you can walk straight to the pool for a refreshing swim. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA MIRAMAR
The private outdoor space at this villa is wonderful. There is a lovely spacious private pool (8m x 4m) in front of Villa Miramar with sun beds and of course a beautiful view! A perfect place for a relaxing day at the pool. There is a large dining table where you can enjoy a nice meal or play fun games together. During the day, a shade cloth provides some cooling. There is even a table tennis table for the fanatic!
One car can be parked on private property; this is not an enclosed parking space.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Miramar Benissa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (heat pump), additional consumption costs (via meter), which must be paid in cash on the spot. In the period November to March, the rent is onrequest. If the rental period falls during the (Dutch) Christmas holidays, a surcharge of € 150 per week applies. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
