Casa Pinada, owned by Belgians, is located in a quiet residential area in Benissa, near the beautiful town of Moraira. With spectacular views of the Ifach (Calpe Rock) and a beautiful, large private heated pool with comfortable sun loungers, this is the perfect place to unwind. The nearest beach (Cala Baladrar) is just 1.4 km away. Explore the fishing village of Moraira with its charming bars, restaurants, and shops, or spend a day on the village's fine sandy beach (4.4 km).

LAYOUT OF CASA PINADA
Everything in this lovely holiday home is on one level. The Flemish owners have given the house a modern interior, making you feel instantly at home. Upon entering, you walk straight into the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and features a bar/dining table with bar stools. Here you'll also find the living room with a sitting area, TV, and fireplace. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (1.80x2.00cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (1.60x2.00cm) Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (each 90 x 2.00cm) There are two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace of the naja.
The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning.
OUTDOORS AT CASA PINADA
The naja features a cozy dining area where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the shade during the warm summer months. There is also a gas barbecue. From here, you have beautiful views of the Ifach, the garden, and the beautiful private pool (heatable). There are six sun loungers and two parasols for relaxing. The terrace is spacious and offers many lovely spots to enjoy a fantastic time on the Costa Blanca! There is space to park one small car on private property.

Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with mandatory cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels. The villa is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove and air conditioning. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well-heated. The local support from Joyce and Stephan was absolutely top-notch. We had wonderful weeks and will definitely return to the beautiful Costa Blanca. |

In Pinada you will find good beds, nice bathrooms and a fine naja. We find it very nice that everything is on the ground floor and you can walk from the kitchen onto the terrace towards the (very large and deep) pool. For our young daughter it is very nice that there is a 'little harbor' in the pool where she can play. In addition, the service of Casita Travel is very nice, easy to approach and they think along in many things.

We had a great week, fine a restful environment, very easy to entertain in different ways. Nice and quiet at the house and yet you can also enjoy walkinglying by your own poolyou can entertain yourself in the surrounding villagestowns. Also good food in different restaurants. De plaatselijke begeleiding van Joyce en Stephan was helemaal top. Wij hebben heerlijke weken gehad en komen zeker terug in het mooie Costa Blanca. |

The reality is as the photos show. The living room/kitchen isn't very large, but it has everything you need. Even in the winter months of November and December, the air conditioning, supplemented by the heat from the wood stove, makes it pleasantly warm in the evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the gas barbecue is a real bonus. Outside, there are plenty of sun loungers and other seating areas. We think this is an ideal house because of the south-facing terrace, which overlooks Calpe Rock and the Ifach, so you have the sun until sunset! Fantastic! |

We verbleven er met nog een echtpaar en een vriendin.
De werkelijkheid is zoals de foto's het tonen.
De leefruimte/keuken is niet zo groot, maar er is alles wat je nodig hebt.
Ook in de wintermaanden nov/december kun je met de airco, aangevuld met see more

De werkelijkheid is zoals de foto's het tonen. De leefruimte/keuken is niet zo groot, maar er is alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook in de wintermaanden nov/december kun je met de airco, aangevuld met de warmte van de houtkachel, het aangenaam warm hebben 's avonds. In de keuken is er voldoende materiaal en ook de gasbarbecue is een meerwaarde. Buiten zijn er voldoende ligbedden en andere zitjes. Wij vinden dit een ideaal huis omwille van het zuidgeoriënteerde terras, je kijkt uit op de Calpe rots, de Ifach en zo heb je dus zon tot die ondergaat! Super! |

Het huis was netjes, met een prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie badkamers. Het is zeer rustig gelegen, een auto is wel aan te bevelen. Met de auto ben je snel in Calpe en Moraira. Het meubilair is wel iets veroudsee more
Het huis was netjes, met een prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie badkamers. Het is zeer rustig gelegen, een auto is wel aan te bevelen. Met de auto ben je snel in Calpe en Moraira. Het meubilair is wel iets verouderd en niet heel comfortabel, maar voor een weekje zeker prima te doen.

Wij vinden het heel fijn dat alles gelijkvloers is en je zo vanuit de keuken het terras op loopt naar het (zeer grote en diepe) zwembad toe. Voor onze jonge dochter is het erg fijn dat er een 'haventje' is in het zwembad, waar ze lekker kan spelen. Daarnaast is de service van Casita Travel heel fijn, makkelijk te benaderen en ze denken in veel mee.

Geweldige week gehad, fijne een rustgevende omgeving erg makkelijk om de je te vermaken op verschillende manieren.lekker rustige bij het huisje en toch ook daar kan je lekker wandelen of aan je eigen zwembad liggen of je vermaakt je in de omliggende dorpen of badplaatsen.ook lekker gegeten in verschillende landen restaurants. Zeker nog een keer terug. Alles werd goed geregeld door de beheerder. Nogamaals bedankt Stefan.
