CASA PINADA HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA
Casa Pinada is located in a quiet residential area in Benissa near the beautiful Moraira. With its large private pool and lounge set, this is the perfect place to relax. The nearest beach (Cala Baladrar) is only 1.4 km away. From here you have spectacular views of the Ifach (Rock of Calpe). View the fishing village of Moraira with its nice bars, restaurants and shops or spend your day on the fine sandy beach of this village (4.4 km).

LAYOUT CASA PINADA
Ground floor:
Everything is on one floor in this lovely holiday home. The owners have given the house a modern look on the inside, you will immediately feel at home here. Upon entering the hall you walk straight into the open kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary equipment and there is a bar/dining table with bar stools. Here is also the living room with sitting area, TV and fireplace. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (1.80x2.00cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (1.60x2.00cm) Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (0.90x2.00cm each) There are 2 bathrooms each with shower and toilet. From the living room you walk onto the terrace of the naja.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA PINADA
The naja has a cosy dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the shade in the warm summer months. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden with large private pool and the surrounding area. There are plenty of nice sunbeds to relax in. The terras is specious and has many nice spots to enjoy a fantastic time on the Costa Blanca! There is 1 private parking place.

- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings
and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Additional consumption is calculated via the meter on site. From mid-April to June and September/October it is possible to heat the swimming pool, other months it is not possible. A heated swimming pool cannot be used in the months of July and August, the temperature of the swimming pool water in these months is very pleasant.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Casa Pinada is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March the rental price is €1725,- per 4 weeks.
Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee. For the latest rates and availability, please contact us.
In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid locally:
- Electricity: €0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)

We had a great week, fine a restful environment, very easy to entertain in different ways. Nice and quiet at the house and yet you can also enjoy walkinglying by your own poolyou can entertain yourself in the surrounding villagestowns. Also good food in different restaurants. Definitely will go back again. Everything was well arranged by the local representative. Thanks again Stefan.

Geweldige week gehad, fijne een rustgevende omgeving erg makkelijk om de je te vermaken op verschillende manieren.lekker rustige bij het huisje en toch ook daar kan je lekker wandelen of aan je eigen zwembad liggen of je vermaakt je in de omliggende dorpen of badplaatsen.ook lekker gegeten in verschillende landen restaurants. Zeker nog een keer terug. Alles werd goed geregeld door de beheerder. Nogamaals bedankt Stefan.
