Casa Oliva is a single-story holiday home owned by Belgian owners, situated in the quiet villa neighborhood of San Jaime near Moraira. The fully enclosed garden ensures you can relax wonderfully outdoors while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva features a lovely private swimming pool, lounge set, private terrace, and barbecue, meaning you don't even have to leave the villa to get that great holiday feeling. With Moraira a short drive away (9 min), you can quickly reach the city's vibrancy from Casa Oliva. And within a 5-minute drive, you are at the most beautiful beaches, such as Cala Baladrar and Playa Moraira. The combination of the unique location and the pleasant single-story layout makes this holiday home perfectly suited for a relaxing stay in the sun.

Moravira is an old fishing village that has grown into one of the nicest seaside resorts on the Spanish coast. In Moraira, you will find a large number of good restaurants, a beautiful park, an old castle, and a long coastline with beaches and coves. In the evening, you can end the day with a drink on one of the many atmospheric terraces. The historic town of Calpe is located 12 km from Casa Oliva. This town is split in two by a saltwater lake. With a bit of luck, you might spot flamingos here! Afterwards, you can stroll past charming shops, admire the characteristic fishermen's cottages in the historic center, and climb the famous limestone rock, Peñon de Ifach. With these two cities in your immediate vicinity, a versatile holiday is guaranteed!
LAYOUT OF CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is entirely on one level. The spacious living and dining room has many windows, providing beautiful natural light. The Flemish owners have furnished the casa with taste. In the living room, a spacious seating area has been created with a smart TV (TV-Vlaanderen). You can also log in to your own streaming service.
From the living room, you can walk straight onto the terrace, which provides a wonderful sense of freedom. Additionally, there is a dining table with 8 chairs in the living room, ensuring enough space for everyone.
The kitchen is semi-open and thus integrated with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and ample kitchenware. A hallway leads to the three bedrooms and separate toilet. Thanks to the white walls, these feel wonderfully spacious, and the beautiful, ornate wooden doors make them stand out even more. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both furnished with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm); bedroom 3 features a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The bathroom at Casa Oliva offers a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Wi-Fi is available in this villa. Casa Olivia is situated in a quiet residential area. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax wonderfully outdoors while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva features a large private swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 to 2.5 meters) with 6 sun loungers. In the garden, you will find many local plants and trees, a covered terrace with a dining table offering sweeping views of the beautiful surroundings. In the distance, you can see a mountain with characteristic cottages. The garden faces southwest. The terrace extends to the side of the villa, where there is a lovely lounge sofa. Next to it, you will find the built-in BBQ, a Weber BBQ, and another dining table. This is the perfect spot to prepare a delicious meal in the evening and relax together.
On the other side of the villa, is the outdoor shower, and plenty of room left for sun loungers if you wish to unwind. The garden is very spacious and offers space for parking on private property. DISTANCES

A security deposit of €350 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To ensure the smooth processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialized in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to settle the deposit well in advance of arrival. Charges are only deducted in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

If you book via the VRBO portal, the following costs must be paid in cash on site. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen, and all beds made up: € 275
STAY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Oliva is suitable for a winter stay. Winter rentals apply from November 1st to March 31st; rates on request. The villa is heated by central heating (gas); the cost for this is € 75.00 per week, which must be paid in advance upon reservation. If more than 1 gas bottle is consumed per week, you will pay the excess consumption in cash on site at € 11.00 per day. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, during which intermediate cleaning and the changing of bed linen and towels are mandatory. Winter rates exclude intermediate cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, booking fees, the calamity fund, and SGR guarantee. Het huis ligt zeer gunstig ten opzichte van de zon, ook in het najaar heb je altijd wel een zonnige plek. Het was echt super schoon. De service van contact Stephan was snel en goed. Het huis is ook zeer compleet en net zo mooi als op de foto’s.
