CASA OLIVA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Casa Oliva is a ground floor vacation home, situated in a quiet villa district San Jaime near Moraira. The completely fenced garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining your privacy. Casa Oliva has a lovely private pool, lounge set, private terrace and barbecue so you do not even have to leave the villa to get a nice vacation feeling. With Moraira on short driving distance (9 min), from Casa Oliva you can quickly visit the liveliness of the city. And within 5 minutes driving distance you can reach the most beautiful beaches like Cala Baladrar and Playa Moraira. The combination of its unique location with the pleasant ground floor layout makes this vacation home ideal for a relaxing stay in the sun.
Are you with a larger group, for example with two families? Casa Oliva is located next to the beautiful vacation home Villa Alegria Moraira. This way you have your own vacation home per family, but you are only a few steps away from each other.
Moraira is an old fishing village that has become one of the nicest seaside resorts on the Spanish coast. There is no mass tourism here. You will find in Moraira a large number of good restaurants, a beautiful park, an old castle and a long coastline with beaches and bays. In the evening you can end the day with a drink on one of the many atmospheric terraces. At 12 km from Casa Oliva you will find the historic town of Calpe. This city is split in two by a saltwater lake. With a little luck you can spot flamingos here! Then you stroll along nice stores, admire the characteristic fishermen's houses in the historic center and climb the famous limestone rock Peñon de Ifach. With these two cities in your immediate vicinity, a versatile vacation is guaranteed!
LAYOUT CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is all on one floor. The spacious living and dining room has many windows, which give a beautiful natural light. In the living room is a spacious seating area created with smart satellite TV (channels) and a characteristic fireplace. From the living room you can walk onto the terrace, which gives a wonderful feeling of freedom. In addition, the living room has a dining table with 6 chairs: enough room for everyone. The kitchen is half open and is thus involved in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric stove, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. A hallway leads to the three bedrooms. These feel wonderfully spacious due to the white walls and the beautiful wooden, carved doors and therefore stand out. Bedroom 1 and 2 are both equipped with 2 single beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed. The bathroom of Casa Olivia offers a shower, toilet and double sink. There is also a separate shower and toilet with hand basin. In the hallway you will find a small inlet with a washing machine. The accommodation has wifi and air conditioning.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is located in a quiet residential area. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a large private pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 to 2.5). Outside you will find many local plants and trees, a covered terrace with dining table and comfortable lounge area and wide views over the beautiful surroundings. In the distance you can see a mountain with characteristic houses. The garden is located on the south-west. The terrace extends to the side of the house, where you will find a barbecue and a dart board. This is the perfect place to prepare a nice meal in the evening and relax together. The garden is very spacious and offers space for on-site parking.

- In the May holiday, autumn holiday and the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months arrival
and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at
least 7 nights between bookings.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Deposit
A security deposit for Casa Oliva is applied of € 350,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Oliva is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1095 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid locally:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh with additional consumption (via meter)
