CASA DE LAS RANAS HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Holiday home Casa de las Ranas with private swimming pool is located in the beautiful green and quiet residential area of San Jaime near Moraira, an old fishing village with a pleasant center. What a space around the house, the garden is no less than 1,100 m2 and is beautifully landscaped with palms, various fruit trees, plants and flowers and also wonderful for children to play in. The site is completely closed. There are many places with seating areas and sunbeds where you can enjoy the sun or shade on hot summer days. Ready for a relaxing holiday, at Casa de las Ranas you will certainly succeed!
There are plenty of (water) sports options in the area, such as the sports complex in Moraira where you can play a game of tennis or padel. There is even a golf course within walking distance of Casa de las Ranas. If you want to get out and about, take a nice walk along the coast from Moraira to Calpe (with various eateries along the way) or spend an afternoon at one of the beautiful beaches of Moraira and the surrounding area. Another option is a visit to the wine tasting in the beautiful and nearby Jalón Valley. A bite to eat in a real Spanish restaurant in the pleasant center of Moraira cannot be missed during your stay on the Costa Blanca.
With a large family, several families or is the property fully booked in your desired period? Casa Oliva, Villa Alegria, Villa Alexandra and Casa de las Ranas are located in the same street (next to and opposite each other)! So, for example, you have your own holiday home per family, but are only a few steps away from each other.
LAYOUT CASA DE LAS RANAS
There is a large and spacious driveway with a roof for two cars. The swimming pool is in front of the villa and at the back there are stairs to go inside. There is a dining area for 6 people. The well-equipped open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. The living room has a comfortable seating area, Dutch TV (NLZiet), music system, air conditioning and access to the terrace/large balcony which has a nice seating area and where you have a view of the garden with swimming pool from above. A relaxing place. The ground floor will remain closed during your stay. This floor will be renovated in the future for even more space and comfort.
Bedroom 1: one double bed (1.80x2.00cm) with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Bedroom 2: one double bed (1.60x2.00cm) Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90x2.00cm) Bathroom 2: shower and toilet. The entire house has mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT CASA DE LAS RANAS
The garden with the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m and 1.80 cm deep) is accessible via the entrance. There are plenty of sun beds, a veranda with lounge set, a new canopy at the back of the house, here is a dining table with 6 chairs. The gas BBQ makes it complete, so you can end the day quietly with a nice long meal by your pleasantly lit swimming pool. The driveway is closed by a gate.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs are still payable in cash on the spot. These costs are not included in the rental amount yet:

The swimming pool is perfect and there are several spots in the garden where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. The on-site service is also excellently organised by Casita Travel. A Dutch manager takes care of check-in and check-out. If you have any questionsproblems, you can contact them very quickly and they will provide a solution. We were very pleased with both the house and Casita Travel!

Het zwembad is perfect en je kunt op verschillende plekjes in de tuin genieten van de Spaanse zon. De service ter plaatse is ook uitstekend geregeld door Casita Travel. Een Nederlandse beheerder zorgt voor de incheck en uitcheck. Bij vragen of problemen heb je super snel contact en een oplossing. Zowel het huis als Casita Travel zijn zeer goed bevallen!

VILLA ALEGRIA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Holiday home Villa Alegria with private pool on the Costa Blanca is located in the quiet residential area of San Jaime. With both Calpe and Moraira a short drive away, you have plenty of liveliness in the area. The Belgian owners have thoroughly renovated the living room, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and garden. From the villa you can walk straight onto the lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private pool and enjoy the view over the green surroundings. An afternoon at the beach or a bite to eat in a restaurant and then back to the privacy of your villa.
With a large family, multiple families or is the house fully booked in the period you want? Casa Oliva, Villa Alegria, Villa Alexandra and Casa de las Ranas are located in the same street (next to and opposite each other)!. For example, you have your own holiday home per family, but you are only a few steps away from each other.
LAYOUT VILLA ALEGRIA
You enter the villa in the modernly furnished living room with dining area. There is a comfortable sitting area and satellite TV with Belgian Canal Digitaal. All Belgian channels are available there, as well as NPO 1, 2, and 3(Netherlands). If you have a TV app, you can stream to your TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A lot of light enters the villa, which gives a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory, which can be closed off by a glass door. From the conservatory you walk onto the terrace to the garden with private swimming pool.
The villa has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms (2025), both with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a central air conditioning system that provides all places in the house with cold and warm air. But there is also a pellet stove .
OUTSIDE AT VILLA ALEGRIA
In front of this villa with private pool on the Costa Blanca there is a spacious driveway where you can park your car, the grounds are completely fenced. Outside you will find the renovated pool terrace with anti-slip tiles around the pool and an outdoor shower. The pool is 4 x 8 meters, the depth goes from 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern canopy. The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content. On the side of Villa Alegria there is a nice lounge set. In a separate room outside the house, you will find the washing machine and dryer.

Deposit

STAY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Alegria is suitable for stays in winter. Winter rentals apply from November 1 to March 31. The house is heated by air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room. A bag of pellet pellets can be purchased in the area for approximately €9 per bag. During the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included; additional consumption (based on meter readings) will be charged at €0.40 per kWh. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks within the period from November 1 to March 31. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation fees, calamity fund, and SGR guarantee. Casa Oliva is a ground floor holiday home of Belgian owners, located in a quiet residential area San Jaime near Moraira. With Moraira a short drive away (9 min), you can quickly find the liveliness of the city from Casa Oliva. And within 5 minutes drive you are at the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Baladrar and Playa Moraira. The combination of the unique location with the pleasant ground floor layout makes this holiday home extremely suitable for a relaxing stay in the sun.

In the evening you can end the day with a drink on one of the many atmospheric terraces. 12 km away from Casa Oliva you will find the historic town of Calpe. This town is split in two by a saltwater lake. With a bit of luck you can spot flamingos here! Then you stroll along nice shops, admire the characteristic fishermen's houses in the historic center and climb the famous limestone rock Peñon de Ifach. With these two cities in your immediate vicinity, a versatile holiday is guaranteed!
LAYOUT CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is entirely on one level. The spacious living and dining room has many windows, which provide beautiful natural light. The Flemish owners have furnished the casa with taste. In the living room, a spacious sitting area has been created with a smart TV (TV Flanders). You can also log in to your own streaming service.
From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace, which gives a wonderfully free feeling. In addition, there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa with cushions in the living room, enough space for everyone.
The kitchen is half open and is thus included in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric hob, Nespresso coffee maker and sufficient kitchenware. A hall leads to the three bedrooms and separate toilet. These feel wonderfully spacious due to the white walls and the beautiful wooden, carved doors and therefore stand out even more. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have 2 single beds (90x 190 cm.) Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm.). The bathroom of Casa Oliva offers a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine. This villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and Wi-Fi in the villa.
OUTDOOR LIVING CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is located in a quiet residential area. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a large private swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 to 2.5) with 6 sunbeds. In the garden you will find many local plants and trees, a covered terrace with dining table with wide views over the beautiful surroundings. In the distance you can see a mountain with characteristic houses. The garden is located on the south-west. The terrace extends to the side of the villa, here is a lovely lounge sofa, next to it you will find the fixed BBQ, a Weber BBQ, and another dining table. This is the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal in the evening and relax together.
On the other side of the villa there is another lounge set, the outdoor shower and there is still enough space for the sunbeds, for when you want to relax. The garden is very spacious and offers space for parking on site.

Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required.
