CASA DE LAS RANAS HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
The vacation home Casa de las Ranas with private pool is located in the green and quiet villa district of San Jaime near Moraira, an old fishing village with a cozy center and a weekly market on Friday. The 1,100 m2 garden is beautifully landscaped with palms, various fruit trees, plants and flowers and also offers enough shade on hot summer days. At Casa de las Ranas you can completely relax after a day on the road.
There are plenty of (water) sports facilities nearby such as a sports complex in Moraira where you can play a game of tennis or padel. There is even a golf course within walking distance of Casa de las Ranas. If you want to get out and about, take a nice walk along the coast from Moraira to Calpe (with several eateries along the way), spend an afternoon at one of the beautiful beaches of Moraira and its surroundings or do some wine tasting in the nearby Jalón Valley. And don't forget to have a bite to eat in a real Spanish restaurant in the cozy center of Moraira and then enjoy the privacy of your villa.
During your stay you will only use the upper floor with terrace, the spacious garden with private pool with several terraces. The first floor remains closed during your stay.
LAYOUT CASA DE LAS RANAS
Through the rear of the house you walk up the stairs to enter the villa. In the middle of the open space is the dining area suitable for 6 people. The well-equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. In the space of the tower is the living room area with a nice sitting area, Dutch TV and music system.
Bedroom 1: one double bed (1.80x2.00cm) with ensuite bathroom with bath/shower combination and toilet. Bedroom 2: one double bed (1.60x2.00cm) Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90x2.00cm) Bathroom 2: shower and toilet. The whole house has mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning is available in the bedrooms..
OUTSIDE AT CASA DE LAS RANAS
To get to the garden with swimming pool (8x4 and 1.80 cm deep), go down the stairs at the rear of the house. Here you have everything to spend a relaxing day at the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds, there is a dining table for cozy meals together and a veranda with lounge set to spend the hours at the hottest time of the day. The gas BBQ makes it complete, so you can end the day peacefully during a nice long meal at your nicely lit swimming pool. The driveway has space for 2 cars and is closed by a gate.

Particularities
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

Deposit
A security deposit for Casa de las Ranas is applied of € 350,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental is not possible in this house from November to March.
In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid locally:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh with additional consumption (via meter)
