FINCA ARUCAS HOLIDAY HOME IN ARUCAS
Finca Arucas with a heated private pool is wonderfully hidden between the fruit trees in the rural north of Gran Canaria. Finca Arucas is a place that guarantees an unforgettable holiday with the whole family or several families. Once through the gate of the driveway, tranquillity radiates from your surroundings. In the spacious garden is a lawn with a heated private swimming pool in the middle. The large outdoor barbecue can be used to prepare easy meals. Play a game of tennis on your own tennis court next to the Finca, discover the banana bunches in the adjacent banana plantation or just relax at the pool.
The beautiful beach 'Las Canteras' and the lively city of Las Palmas are located a 15-minute drive away. You will experience the best of both worlds here: peace and privacy of your own Finca and also the possibility to look up the liveliness of the city in no time. Within a five minute drive, you reach the old centre of Arucas with, among other things, a number of atmospheric restaurants.
On the same estate are Finca del Norte and Finca Esmeralda located. Both detached fincas with their own private heatable pools and private entrance. The fincas are within walking distance of each other. Perfect to combine for large parties. If you rent all three fincas, you can stay on the estate with up to 26 people.
LAYOUT OF FINCA ARUCAS
The living area of Finca Arucas is located on the first floor. A friendly and very hospitable couple lives in the apartment on the ground floor. They fully respect your privacy.
Finca Arucas has a spacious living room with a sitting area, dining table, fireplace and plenty of light. The large windows give a great view of the azure blue sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and more than enough kitchenware. There is also a separate room on the loft with several comfortable sofas, a television and a DVD player. There are four bedrooms on the first floor of the Finca. Two with a double bed and two with two single beds. There are three bathrooms with a shower. All bedrooms are very spacious and have beautiful ceilings with traditional wooden beams. There is also wifi, a washing machine and a dryer.
THE OUTDOORS OF FINCA ARUCAS
The apartment in the garden has a fifth bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The outdoors of Finca Arucas is perfect. On the first floor is a lovely partly covered sun terrace. At the back of the Finca are the tennis court, the banana plantation and the vegetable garden. The spacious lawn in front of the Finca is ideal for children to play or play a game of football. In the middle of the garden is the lovely private swimming pool that can also be heated. You'll find the outdoor barbecue in the garden.
