VILLA NOELIA IN FRIGILIANA
Villa Noelia is a stylish villa with a private pool in Frigiliana. Villa Noelia is in a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful whitewashed village of Frigiliana. From your terrace, you have an enchanting view of the sea, surrounding mountains and the countryside. In your garden, you can enjoy your lovely private swimming pool, sunbeds and barbecue and on the terrace, you can dine together. You are also only 15 minutes way from from the beautiful beaches of Nerja and 10 minutes from the viewpoint 'Balcon de Europa'.
Frigiliana is one of the most prettiest 'pueblos blancos' in Andalusia. Here you will find stores, good restaurants and small squares with terraces. A supermarket, bakery and gas station are also present. The surrounding area is stunning: olive trees grow on the hills, roads go through the green landscapes and offer beautiful views.
LAYOUT VILLA NOELIA
The villa has a spacious living room with a separate kitchen. The spacious living room is stylishly furnished and includes a lovely sitting area, satellite television, sound system and a dining area. From here, large sliding doors lead onto the veranda. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. This is all located on the ground floor. The ground floor has a seperate toilet as well. Villa Noelia offers five double bedrooms. The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (1).
The other bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Here, bedroom 2 offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom (2) and access to a large balcony with amazing views over the area. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have two single beds. These last two share a bathroom (3). Bathroom 1 has a double sink, toilet, bath and shower. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and sink and bathroom 3 has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. There is WiFi and air conditioning throughout the villa and the villa is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and dryer.
PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA NOELIA
You enter the garden through the sliding doors from the living room. Here you can sunbathe in and around the pool, grill the most delicious dishes on the barbecue and dine together on the spacious terrace, which is raised by four steps. The children will have hours of fun at the table tennis table. From the spacious balcony, you have a magnificent view over the mountains and the landscape. Also, the villa is only a few kilometres from Burriana's golden beach. If you want to discover the area of Frigiliana by car, no problem: Villa Noelia offers two spacious private parking spots on its property.
Villa Noelia is a 12-minute drive from Burriana Beach. This is one of the most popular beaches on the Costa del Sol. This golden sandy beach is located in a wide bay. The beach is also safe and fun for small children, as there is also playground equipment available at the beach. In addition to sun loungers and umbrellas, you can also rent pedal boats here. Along the beach is a beautiful boulevard with palm trees on one side and beach bars on the other.

This villa with large private pool in Andalusia is located perfectly: you drive down the hill and are in the white center of the village of Frigiliana. Here you will find stores, good restaurants and small squares with terraces. A supermarket, bakery and gas station are also present. LAYOUT OF VILLA FRIGILIANA
From the main entrance of this villa with large private pool in Andalusia you step into the spacious living room which is attractively decorated with a comfortable sofa and chairs next to one of the two open fireplaces. There are patio doors to the terrace, there is one stereo / CD player, satellite television and DVD player. Separated through a spacious arch, you will encounter the spacious dining room with antique dining area against the salon. The table can accommodate 8 people. The spacious dining kitchen has a large wooden dining area, plenty of space and all the necessary facilities such as a refrigerator with freezer, oven, hobs, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer and washing machine. In addition, all kitchenware are provided. There is also central heating throughout the house available. Air conditioning is available as well.
Next to the kitchen on the left is a spacious - wheelchair-friendly - bedroom with air conditioning for two persons with a door to the terrace. There is also an adapted bathroom with shower here. On the right side the cozy living room has a separate bathroom with bath and shower. If you walk a little further, you will arrive in two large bedrooms, of which one is suitable for three people. The bedroom has glass patio doors to a terrace. However, one of the bedrooms is very spacious that sufficient privacy has been created behind a beautiful folding screen for two more single beds. The fourth bedroom is located beneath the villa and can be reached via a small staircase. This bedroom is in the old one bodega and has been completely transformed into a comfortable place to sleep. Here you will find a large double bed, bedroom with shower & toilet and a small sitting area. There is a small terrace with a seat for this room as wel.
Suitable for 10 people!
This villa with large private pool in Andalusia is very suitable for a stay with several families. You can go here with a maximum of 10 persons stay. In the large spacious bedroom to the right of the living room will then be made into a separate sleeping area by means of a folding screen with two beds behind it. In that way everyone has enough privacy.
OUTISDE AT VILLA FRIGILIANA
In front of the entire villa is a partially covered terrace with dining area, an outdoor barbecue and a large garden with almond trees, avocado trees, olive trees, orange and lemon trees. Next to the pool is the sun terrace with sunbeds. The whole terrace has a beautiful sea view. The pool has been made suitable for wheelchair users. There is plenty of parking space behind a closed gate.

If you stay with 7 persons or more the fourth bedoom is opened. The villa is suitable for max. 8 adults and 2 children. If you stay with less than 7 persons in this villa the fourth bedroom will remain closed. If you would like to use all bedrooms there will be an extra charge per room per night. Ask us for the correct amounts.
