We don't often see villas on a dream location like this. Villa Kathisma Bay I is only a 2-minute drive away from the beautiful sandy beach of Kathisma with several nice beach bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the beach (15 min.). This holiday home has a breathtaking panoramic view. From your terrace you will continue to marvel at the view. A place where you can experience one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. This detached villa with infinity pool is modern and luxurious and equipped with lots of comfort.
The ideal base to discover the beautiful natural beaches along the west coast. The nice village of Agios Nikitas with beach and picturesque streets full of restaurants is a 3-minute drive away. Lefkas town is a 15-20 min drive and has a wider range of shops and restaurants.
With a large group? Then rent the adjacent Villa Kathisma Bay II. In total you can stay at this unique place with 12 people. Villa Kathisma Bay I is also a safer option for families with young kids as the pool area is fully enclosed.
LAYOUT VILLA KATHISMA BAY I
Villa Kathisma Bay I is very luxurious and modern and equipped with lots of comfort. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the villa. Villa Kathisma Bay I is particularly child-friendly with, among other things, cots, high chairs, stair gates at all stairs and a shielded area to the swimming pool. Also, both villas built in mirrored form have lots of privacy. A safe is also available.
The villa consists of two floors. There is a spacious hall. The living room with open kitchen is very bright and equipped with a satellite television, corner sofa and bluetooth music system. The modern kitchen has a hob, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and sufficient kitchen utensils. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and sea view. The second bedroom has a sea view and two single beds that can also be made into a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with sitting area. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, detergent and an iron and ironing board.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and sea view. This bedroom has a private balcony with seating and panoramic views over Kathisma Beach. The bathroom on this floor has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA KATHISMA BAY I
The outdoor life of this villa is perfect! The private swimming pool (infinity pool) is wonderfully large (10 x 5 m, depth 1 – 2.2 m) with Roman steps. From the living room and kitchen you can step onto the spacious outdoor terrace with pergola, barbecue on gas and nice dining area. There are sunbeds around the pool, which is lower, and there is also an outdoor shower. The private pool can be shielded. There is a private parking space at the villa itself.
You continue to marvel at the unique view. Walk to the beach or drive there in 2 minutes by car.

This was our first holiday with our 3-month old daughter, badly needed after the initial chaos of becoming new parents - and it could not have been more perfect! We enjoyed every little thing - from stunning views from every room and corner of the villa, to the ability to grill fresh seafood by the pool, and everything in between. Most importantly for us, it was a perfect spot to be just the three of us - without crowdsinterruptions, tucked away on a hill with breathtaking scenery and luxurious surroundings of the villa. We truly were spoilt by the hospitality of the villas manager, Minas, who was so kind and helpful. The owners Matt and Pavlina have been amazingly responsive and made sure our stay was nothing but perfect. We have had time to decompress and re-energise, and even our baby was calmer, happier and slept better to the sound of the sea. We absolutely loved it and will surely be back. - Elena

A beautiful contemporary villa with everything my family of four needed to make this a very enjoyable week. Kathisma beach is a short drive away and is well worth a visit during the dayin the early evening as the day cools down. From the comfort of the balcony you can watch and listen to the waves on Kathisma beach, watch the para gliderswatch the sunset!
Agias Nikitas, a short drive away, is a lovely, lively small town with plenty of good restaurants and bars. We will definitely visit again! - TS |

It's not everyday that you get to stay somewhere that literally takes your breath away. This villa certainly does just that as well as ticks all the boxes and more with its simply stunning view point over Kathisma Beach and its convenient location. Isee more
It's not everyday that you get to stay somewhere that literally takes your breath away. This villa certainly does just that as well as ticks all the boxes and more with its simply stunning view point over Kathisma Beach and its convenient location. It was an easy 2-3min drive to the beach and equidistance from Argios Village, and a mere 4.5hr drive from Athens which was surprisingly easy on the new highway.
The Villas are beautifully laid out and designed, and the vantage point is private and secluded so that you can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean seascapes and sunsets at your leisure. The staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful in pointing us in the right direction so that we knew the best places to eat and enjoy Lefkada. It goes without saying that we had a wonderful time with our two young children (4 & 7 years old) who loved the infinity pool and the clear sandy beaches nearby as much as we did! All in all we had a very relaxing and incredibly enjoyable vacation. - Fay |

Dit was onze eerste vakantie met onze 3 maanden oude dochter, hard nodig na de aanvankelijke chaos van het worden van nieuwe ouders - en het had niet perfecter kunnen zijn! We hebben genoten van elk klein ding - van het prachtige uitzicht vanuit elke kamer en hoek van de villa, tot de mogelijkheid om verse vis te grillen bij het zwembad, en alles daartussenin. Het belangrijkste voor ons was dat het een perfecte plek was om met z'n drieën te zijn - zonder drukte of onderbrekingen, weggestopt op een heuvel met een adembenemend landschap en de luxe omgeving van de villa. We werden echt verwend door de gastvrijheid van de manager van de villa, Minas, die zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. De eigenaars Matt en Pavlina hebben geweldig gereageerd en ervoor gezorgd dat ons verblijf niets dan perfect was. We hebben tijd gehad om op te laden en nieuwe energie op te doen, en zelfs onze baby was rustiger en gelukkiger en sliep beter bij het geluid van de zee. We vonden het absoluut geweldig en zullen zeker terugkomen. - Elena

Een prachtige eigentijdse villa met alles wat mijn gezin van vier nodig had om er een zeer aangename week van te maken. Kathisma strand is een korte rit en is zeker een bezoek waard overdag of in de vroege avond als de dag afkoelt. Vanaf het balkon kun je kijken en luisteren naar de golven van Kathisma strand, kijken naar de para gliders of kijken naar de zonsondergang!
Agios Nikitas, op korte rijafstand, is een mooi, levendig stadje met veel goede restaurants en bars. We zullen het zeker nog eens bezoeken! - TS |

Het gebeurt niet elke dag dat je ergens verblijft waar je letterlijk de adem wordt benomen. Deze villa doet dat wel en voldoet aan alle eisen, met een prachtig uitzicht over het Kathisma-strand en een gunstige ligging. Het was slechts 2-3 minuten rijden naar het strand en op gelijke afstand van Argios Village, en slechts 4,5 uur rijden van Athene, wat verrassend gemakkelijk was op de nieuwe snelweg.
De villa's zijn prachtig aangelegd en ontworpen, en het uitkijkpunt is privé en afgelegen zodat je op je gemak kunt genieten van de prachtige mediterrane zeegezichten en zonsondergangen. De gastheren waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam door ons in de juiste richting te wijzen, zodat we wisten waar we het beste konden eten en genieten van Lefkas. Het spreekt voor zich dat we een geweldige tijd hebben gehad met onze twee jonge kinderen (4 & 7 jaar oud) die net zoveel van het overloopzwembad en de heldere zandstranden in de buurt hielden als wij! Al met al hadden we een zeer ontspannen en ongelooflijk leuke vakantie. - Fay |
