Villa Feria is a beautiful modern villa with seaview and private pool situated in the island of Lefkada, in the stunning area of Saint Nikitas (Agios Nikitas), on the west side of the island, 14 km away from the town of Lefkada and 3 km away from the village of Agios Nikitas. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and cypress trees, offering you a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, the coasts and the crest line of Epirus. If you are looking for relaxation and refreshment and you want to enjoy the beauty of the region, come to spend a week in Villa Feria.

2 km away from the villa, there is the famous beach “Kathisma” with the endless shore and the deep blue waters. There are some other beaches like “Pefkoulia” (4 km) and Mylos (3 km) a beach of incredible beauty, without any access by car, but only accessible by boat. There are frequent itineraries from Agios Nikitas. The ring road from Vassiliki-Athani can get you to the amazing beaches of Gialos – Egremni and Porto Katsiki with the white shingly beach and the turquoise waters. In just a few minutes, you can arrive at the picturesque mountainous villages of Lefkada Exantheia-Drimonas-Karya and enjoy the landscape and the traditional snacks (mezes) at the tavernas and traditional cafes.

Villa Alina and Villa Liria are also located on the estate. Perfect to combine for a large family or couples/families.

LAYOUT VILLA FERIA
With a total of 3 villas were built with the most contemporary and ecological materials, focusing on energy saving. The hot water is exclusively produced by solar systems.

Villa Feria is ideal for couples. The living room is very bright with a sofa that can be turned into a bed, a fireplace, a 42’’ flat panel television and a big sliding door with a stunning view over the Ionian Sea. There is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, all in just one level. The kitchen is provided with a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, cooking utensils, microwave oven, toaster and a juicer. The bedroom consists of a king size bed, an individual air-conditioned unit and a bathroom. There is also a washing-machine, iron and iron board, Wi-Fi internet connection and hairdryer available.

PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA FERIA
While going out of the room and getting down a level, through an outdoor staircase from the terrace, you arrive at the swimming pool area, where there are beach chairs and umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a table with the BBQ. There is also an infinity private swimming pool. There is a whirlpool in the swimming pool.

The magnificent natural settings provide comfort, in combination with beauty and convenience.
The swimming pools are disinfected by salt electrolysis, without using chlorine. There is a private parking area and swimming pool towels are also provided.
