VILLA EUPHORIA HOLIDAY HOME IN AGIOS NIKITAS
This modern detached villa is located 2.4 km from the heavenly sandy beach Kathisma with several nice beach bars and restaurants. From the balcony you have a unique sea view. The ideal place to enjoy a beautiful sunset after a day at the beach. At the front of the villa is a private swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds all around. There are nice seating areas everywhere. There are also two mountain bikes that you can use (extra surcharge) to discover the area.
Villa Euphoria is the ideal base to discover the beautiful island of Lefkas. Agios Nikitas is at 2.8 km and Lefkada Town at 15 km. Paradisiacal beaches are nearby such as Kathisma at 2.4 km and Kalamitsi beach at 2.8 km.
LAYOUT VILLA EUPHORIA
Villa Euphoria consists out of two floors. There is a smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, espresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a spacious dining area for four people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and excellent mattresses for optimal comfort. There are two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. The sofa in the living room is suitable for the fifth person. Wifi and air conditioning are available as well as a washing machine and ironing board / iron.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA EUPHORIA
The great thing about Villa Euphoria is that there are nice seating areas everywhere. From the balcony with seating area you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The covered veranda provides shade on sunny days. Around the pool (1.50 m deep) you will find a wooden bench with cushions and comfortable sunbeds. There is also a gas barbecue and a private parking space.

Excellent location (2 minutes from Kathisma beach and 5 minutes from Agios Nikitas village). Perfect service and communication with the owner. On the positive side, the cleanliness and the view. I recommend this villa and hope to come back next year.see more

Moderne, nieuwe en volledig uitgeruste woning met zwembad in een groen landschap met een zeer mooi uitzicht. Zeer goede locatie omdat het dicht bij de stranden van Kathisma en Agios Nikitas ligt, maar ook bij het pittoreske bergdorpje Kalamitsi. Ideasee more
