VILLA ARTEMIS HOLIDAY HOME IN AGIOS STEFANOS
Villa Artemis is a unique holiday home with a private heated pool and breathtaking panoramic views. All greenery surrounds this beautiful villa. The balcony overlooks the azure sea with Albania in the distance. Villa Artemis is situated in a quiet location, about ten minutes walk from Kerasia Beach and fifteen minutes from Agios Stefanos with its charming tavernas by the blue sea.
The location of Villa Artemis is ideal for those looking for tranquillity, but want to stay close to the centre with all facilities. The idyllic village of Agios Stefanos is close to the villa. This village is small and picturesque, you can celebrate your holiday here in peace. The village is not touristy. Nevertheless, you will find some nice shops where you can buy a souvenir for home and there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy the Greek cuisine. You can get your daily groceries at the mini-market.
LAYOUT VILLA ARTEMIS
Villa Artemis consists of two floors. You enter the living room with a comfortable sitting area, television and dining area. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, electric cooker, oven and plenty of kitchenware. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, air conditioning and doors to the terrace. Bathroom 1 has a bath/shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet.
Via the internal wooden stairs you reach the upper floor. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have two single beds, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony with beautiful views. Bathroom 2 has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. Also a washing machine is present.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ARTEMIS
The outdoor life at Villa Artemis is fantastic. The private pool can be heated on request during the cold months. Around your private pool there is enough space to enjoy the sun, on your lounger or on the terrace. Also a barbecue area with dining table is available, so you can enjoy cooking outside during your holiday. From the terrace and balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of all the greenery, the blue bay and Albania in the distance. Outside you will also find a billiard and table tennis table.
