VILLA APHRODITE VACATION HOME IN AGIOS STEFANOS
Villa Aphrodite is a modern holiday home, situated in a quiet rural setting behind the coast of Agios Stefanos. Enjoy the heated private pool, the large terrace where you can make the most of the sunshine, the private parking space and the special views of the surrounding countryside. Around the private pool you'll find plenty of sunbeds on the lovely terrace. Villa Aphrodite is privately situated, but is close to the centre of Agios Stefanos and in walking distance from the beach and the beautiful blue bay.
The location of Villa Aphrodite is ideal for those who are looking for peace and quiet, but want to stay close to the centre with all facilities. Through the countryside of Corfu you can make a nice short walk. The idyllic village of Agios Stefanos is close to the villa. This village is small and picturesque, you can celebrate your holiday here in peace. The village is not touristy. Yet you will find some nice shops where you can buy a souvenir for home and there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy the Greek cuisine. You can get your daily groceries at the mini-market.
LAYOUT VILLA APHRODITE
Villa Aphrodite consists of two floors and is very spacious. From the terrace you enter the living room with dining area, boardgames, sitting area and television. The open kitchen has a fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of kitchenware. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. From the bedroom you have direct access to the terrace.
Via the inner staircase you reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a large balcony overlooking the green surroundings. A washing machine is also available.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA APHRODITE
The private pool (8 X 5 m), which can be heated on request during the cold months, is in the sun most of the day. The private pool is surrounded by the spacious terrace, equipped with parasols and sun beds. In the courtyard with dining area you can prepare delicious meals on the built-in barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding local countryside all day long, yet you are only a stone's throw away from the idyllic village of Agios Stefanos and the fashionable seaside area.

Lovely Villa needs a little updating to make luxurious ie cushions for outside seating area. Top of the hill on an unmade road so you need to be good on your feet if you do not hire a car , the road is dark at night so you need a torch.. - Susan

Lovely villa in very quiet location but easily walkable to local tavernas. The villa was well equipped and well maintained. The air conditioning in the bedroom seemed to be quite modern and was quiet when operating during the night. The pool area was excellent and there was plenty of shade. We enjoyed having the table tennis table too. The road to the villa is unmade for a few hundred metres and became more uneven following heavy rain. However, it was fairly straight and not particularly steep so as long as you take it slowly in the car, it is not too difficult to drive along. - Jackie

Mooie villa die een beetje bijgewerkt moet worden om het luxueus te maken, bijv. kussens voor de zithoek buiten. Bovenaan de heuvel op een ongebaande weg dus je moet goed ter been zijn als je geen auto huurt, de weg is 's nachts donker dus je hebt eesee more

Mooie villa op een zeer rustige locatie, maar gemakkelijk te lopen naar lokale taverna's. De villa was goed uitgerust en goed onderhouden. De airconditioning in de slaapkamer leek vrij modern en was stil wanneer het 's nachts werkte. Het zwembad was see more
Mooie villa op een zeer rustige locatie, maar gemakkelijk te lopen naar lokale taverna's. De villa was goed uitgerust en goed onderhouden. De airconditioning in de slaapkamer leek vrij modern en was stil wanneer het 's nachts werkte. Het zwembad was uitstekend en er was voldoende schaduw. We hebben ook genoten van de tafeltennistafel. De weg naar de villa is een paar honderd meter onverhard en werd oneffener na zware regenval. Het was echter vrij recht en niet bijzonder steil, dus zolang je het rustig aan doet in de auto, is het niet al te moeilijk om hier te rijden. - Jackie
