This holiday home is located on the sun-drenched west side of the island. For hiking enthusiasts, Casa Sol y Mar has the ideal location, because it is located along the hiking trail PRLP 12.2 from Tijarafe to Playa del Jurado and a short distance from the King's Trail along the coast (GR-130) and the PRLP 12 from Roque de Los Muchachos to Tijarafe. In the evening, enjoy red sunsets from your terrace, which are spectacular on this side of the island.
Also, Casa Sol y Mar is ideal for working remotely, 600 Mb/s fiber optic internet. Wifi is available both inside and outside. So you can combine work and vacation.

Around the casa is a large terrace with further on the private pool (6.5 x 3.6 m, depth 1.45 m) from where you have a view of the sea. There is a nice covered terrace with seating and dining area. Around the pool are sunbeds. Casa Sol y Mar has beautiful landscaped gardens and a nice barbecue area. Hiking, working remotely, resting, stargazing, enjoying silence and the view of the ocean or taking a refreshing dip in the pool? These are just a few of the many possibilities at Casa Sol y Mar.

Ein süßes Häuschen mit einem sehr schön angelegten Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auf dem Parkplatz in Tijarafe getroffen und er ist mit uns zum Haus gefahren, somit gab es keine Probleme es zu finden. Im Häuschen see more
Ein süßes Häuschen mit einem sehr schön angelegten Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auf dem Parkplatz in Tijarafe getroffen und er ist mit uns zum Haus gefahren, somit gab es keine Probleme es zu finden. Im Häuschen bekamen wir Orangen, Bananen, Avocados und sogar eigene Kartoffeln aus seinem Garten zur Begrüßung. Die Zufahrt ist leicht steil aber sehr gut ausgebaut. Das Haus, typisch palmerisch, ist klein aber völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig mit den beruhigenden Landgeräuschen… krähender Hahn, etc.
Man kann auch zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. Oder direkt in eine Wanderung einsteigen. Der Blick aufs Meer, traumhaft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch nicht mit dem allerneuesten Equipment- aber alles funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊 - Ehepaar |

Een schattig huisje met een heel mooi aangelegde tuin. De eigenaar is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We ontmoetten elkaar op de parkeerplaats in Tijarafe en hij reed met ons mee naar het huisje, dus er waren geen problemen om het te vinden. Bij het huisjesee more
Een schattig huisje met een heel mooi aangelegde tuin. De eigenaar is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We ontmoetten elkaar op de parkeerplaats in Tijarafe en hij reed met ons mee naar het huisje, dus er waren geen problemen om het te vinden. Bij het huisje kregen we als welkom sinaasappels, bananen, avocado's en zelfs onze eigen aardappels uit zijn tuin. De toegangsweg is een beetje steil, maar erg goed aangelegd. Het huis, typisch Palmeriaans, is klein maar voldoet prima. De locatie is absoluut rustig met de rustgevende plattelandsgeluiden...kraaiende haan, enz.
Je kunt ook naar het dorp lopen. Of maak direct een wandeling. Het uitzicht op zee, prachtig. De keuken is goed uitgerust, weliswaar niet met de nieuwste apparatuur, maar alles werkt perfect. We komen graag nog eens terug 😊 - stel |
