CASA VICTORIA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This lovely semi detached vacation home is located just 10 minutes drive from the charming Spanish village of Moraira. The stylish and warm decor ensures that you will quickly feel at home in this beautiful vacation home. From the spacious terrace you have a phenomenal sea view. Part of the spacious terrace is also covered, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. On the terrace you will experience plenty of comfort. Between all the greenery there is a communal pool, here it is relatively quiet. The beautiful decor, the sea views and the fine outdoor terrace provide the ultimate vacation experience.
This lovely semi-detached vacation home is located next to our other pearl Casa La Cabaña. Are you with a large group? Then these two houses are perfect.
LAYOUT CASA VICTORIA
Casa Victoria consists of 2 floors. On the upper floor are the living room, kitchen and the lovely outdoor terrace. The living room is tastefully furnished and includes a sitting area, television and direct access to the dining area and terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils.
On the ground floor are all the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bathroom 1 has a toilet, sink and bath / shower combination. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a 2-bed. Bathroom 2 has a shower, sink and toilet. There is an extra bedroom available on request, for a possible 7th or 8th person. The entire vacation home has wifi and a washing machine and dryer.
THE PRIVATE OUDOORS OF CASA VICTORIA
Casa Victoria has a spacious terrace with a seating area and dining table. From your terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings. A lovely place to wake up with your breakfast and cup of coffee! On the first floor there is another terrace with outdoor shower. On the terrace there are sun beds and a lounge set. There is a shared swimming pool. The (rental) car can be parked on the private parking lot next to the casa.

Details:
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the May holiday, autumn holiday and the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure on Sunday. In the other months arrival and
departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7
nights between bookings.
- Ask us for the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

A security deposit for Casa Victoria is applied of € 400,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Victoria is suitable for winter stays. Winter rent is possible in the period from 1 November till 31 March. Casa Victoria is equipped with electric heating. In the period November till March the rent is on request, please contact us. The winter rates are exclusive of intermediate and final cleaning € 130, -, bed linen and towels € 17,50, - per person and costs for heating. Exclusive of booking fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid locally:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh with additional consumption (via meter)
