CASA GIRASOL HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This is what you call the kind of holiday home you discover by word of mouth. It is pleasantly small-scale! Holiday home Casa Girasol is a detached, well-maintained single-story home. At the front of the house, there is a garden/terrace equipped with a comfortable lounge set; at the back of the house, there is also a small garden with 2 nice sun loungers and a dining table for breakfast in the shade. The green street (2 minutes long) is light and bright. Restaurants, shops, and the beach are within easy reach. Moraira is a traditional Spanish fishing village with many cozy squares and terraces.

LAYOUT CASA GIRASOL
At the front of the house, you enter the comfortably furnished living room with a TV, seating area, and dining table. From here, you walk into the semi-open kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Airfryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, and microwave. Good Wi-Fi; fiber optic internet is available, ensuring excellent internet performance. Bedroom 1: a double bed (180x200) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200). Sleeping area 3: single bed (90x200). All bedrooms feature air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom 2: shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Both bathrooms are equipped with an electric radiator. Power supply, ironing board, and iron are available.

OUTDOOR LIVING AT CASA GIRASOL
It is wonderful to spend time outdoors at Casa Girasol. Because a lovely spot has been created at both the front and back of the house, there is always the option to stay in the shade in the sun. Lounge set, 2 sun loungers, parasol, and a 4-person outdoor dining table are available. The charcoal barbecue completes the picture, allowing you to enjoy the long, sultry Spanish summer evenings together. Next to his house is a private parking space (unenclosed) for 1 car.

DETAILS
– In July and August, we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week; however, your booking must follow on from previous/subsequent bookings, or there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Please ask us about the possibilities.
– We recommend renting a car at this destination.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of € 250,- applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To ensure the smooth processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialized in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the security deposit well before arrival. Charges will only be applied in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

Winter rental
Casa Girasol is suitable for winter stays. Winter rentals apply from November 1st to March 31st. The house is heated by air conditioning and an electric radiator in the bathrooms. For the period from November to March, the rental price is available upon request. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, during which intermediate cleaning and the changing of bed linen and towels are mandatory. The winter rates exclude intermediate cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, booking fees, the Calamity Fund, and the SGR guarantee. For information regarding regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:

A stay of 10 nights or less is considered a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered a short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which you must sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
