CASA DEMI IN MOGLIANO
Casa Demi is a lovely holiday home with large private pool (10 x 5 m). Casa Demi has a unique location in the heart of the hilly countryside of Le Marche. Here you can enjoy peace, space and beautiful nature, while being able to visit many beautiful historical sites. There are many nice spots around the casa. Ideal for dining 'al fresco' during the long summer evenings.
Mogliano is a medium-sized village in the south of The Marches. From the village you enjoy great panoramic views over the rolling hills. Mogliano has everything you need during your holiday, restaurants, a bank, supermarket and a bakery. The Monti Sibillini national park is a 20-minute drive away. The sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche are a 25-minute drive away. If you want to eat out, there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity where you can still eat a real home-made pizza, prepared the Italian way. Nice is a visit to a trattoria where fresh meals are prepared daily. Several wineries with high-quality Italian wines can also be found in the immediate vicinity.

Casa Demi has an open space where you enter including the living room, kitchen, a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Three stairs from the double bedroom is a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the terrace. The owners live next door to Casa Demi but fully respect your privacy. You only share a laundry room with the owners should you wish to use it. Wi-Fi is available as well as a satellite TV and fans.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA DEMI
You keep marveling at the unique panoramic views over the rolling hills from the terrace. The spacious swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with roman steps has sunbeds all around and a nice lounge area. There is also a covered terrace that provides shade on sun-drenched days. Casa Demi features a wood-burning oven. This holiday home brings the family together and provides a relaxing atmosphere.
