CASA LA LUNA HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
Casa la Luna, with airco, is a lovely family home that has been loved by many for years. You walk across the neighborhood street from your own terrace and voilà, there is the swimming pool. With (so nice for the little ones) a separate, spacious children's pool. You simply take your own sunbeds (four available) a few meters and place them under one of the palm trees. A parasol is then not necessary. Casa La Luna is built against the flank of a beautiful mountain, the Cumbre del Sol, with the facade facing the beautiful valley, featuring the picturesque village of Benitachell as the central focal point. Casa la Luna has no fewer than three fantastic sand and pebble beaches just a 10-15 minute drive away. Bringing snorkeling gear is therefore highly recommended. You will find a bakery and butcher 1 km away in Benitachell, and a large supermarket, Mas y Mas, is located at the foot of “your mountain” about 1 km away. Here you will find everything you need.
LAYOUT CASA LA LUNA
Casa la Luna is a semi-detached corner holiday home on the ground floor. This holiday home is furnished in a Dutch style with an open kitchen (accessible from the living room via a few steps), dining area, combination microwave, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. Cozy living room with seating area and LCD TV (satellite with Dutch channels) and airconditioning. From the main entrance, you reach the terrace with a dining table with parasol and lounge set, and a passageway to the rest of the garden with a second terrace.
The casa features two bedrooms, both with two single beds (can be placed together). 1 bedroom with 80cm beds and 1 bedroom with 90cm beds. Both bedrooms with airconditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet. Wi-Fi, safe, and washing machine are available.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE AT CASA LA LUNA
Casa la Luna is situated in a quiet residential area with only local traffic, in the typical Spanish village of Benitachell. With a spacious, shared swimming pool (4.5 m x 10 m) and a children's pool practically on your doorstep, you have everything you need for a successful holiday. The nearest beaches are Cala Moraig in Benitachell, Playa Arenal in Javea, and Playa l'Ampolla in Moraira.
The surrounding area is perfect for golfing, diving, catamaran sailing, and shopping. For the children, you can seek out the hustle and bustle of one of the amusement parks near Benidorm (approx. 20 min.), to then return to your holiday home in peace and quiet for a lovely evening on the terrace. Although there is plenty to do in the Benitachell area, the small-scale character of this part of the Costa Blanca is preserved. In Benitachell, Javea, and Moraira, there are no high-rises, and you will find authenticity with both beautiful lounge terraces and typical tapas restaurants.

Security deposit
A security deposit of € 150.00 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To ensure the deposit is processed smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specializing in processing credit card deposits. You pay the deposit without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the security deposit well before arrival. Charges will only be applied in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

Very clean location which was in a great location. The price-quality is definitely good. Friendly reception and accommodation is well equipped.
What is very nice is that the terrace consists of two parts so you can actually sit in the shade all day.
