LAYOUT OF CASA EVITA
The living room of Casa Evita is comfortable and stylish. In the living room you will find a lovely sitting area and a dining area. There is a television, you need to bring your own Chromecast to be able to stream. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and a large selection of kitchen utensils. Casa Evita has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom 2 has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has two single beds. In addition, all bedrooms are air conditioned.

The outdoor life of Casa Evita is phenomenal. Whether you want to swim, sunbathe or enjoy fine dining, Casa Evita offers all possibilities. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a dining table that is perfect for cozy dinners. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is a wonderful place to enjoy your meal in the Spanish sun. At Casa Evita there is a communal pool and a separate children's pool, which is perfect for families with children.

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €250,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Casa Evita is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating, the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1595 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. We have now been to Casa Evita for the 2nd time. The fact that we came back says it all! We enjoyed ourselves again. The house is beautiful, clean and fully equipped.

The water takes a very long time to heat up. A shame, because this wastes a lot of water. Also, the pressure drops if the bathrooms are used at the same time.

Het duurt erg lang voor het water warm is. Zonde, want daardoor wordt veel water verspild. Ook valt de druk weg als er tegelijktijdig van de badkamers gebruik wordt gemaakt.
