Casita Ingenio is a simple, rustic casita. This casita is the perfect place for couples and lovers of peace and quiet. It is a nice vacation home with a shared pool, located in the sunny east on a resort around a golf course. Because of the unique location of this house, you have a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool. At this vacation home, you have a lovely terrace where you can enjoy 100% privacy.

The capital Las Palmas and the beautiful sandy beach of Las Canteras (3 km long and one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in Gran Canaria) are a 10-minute drive away. In the Canteras district is also the largest shopping center in the city called 'Las Arenas' for hours of shopping fun. There is always something going on in this part of Las Palmas. On every corner you will find many surprising tapas bars and terraces. Another beautiful neighborhood in Las Palmas is 'Vegueta'. This district is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Within walking distance you will find many galleries, shops, unique boutiques and the famous Casa de Colon. This is one of the most visited buildings in Vegueta because of its beautiful architecture. Taxis in Las Palmas are particularly affordable. Las Palmas is also called the city with the best urban climate in the world. Here you can enjoy Spanish city life at its best!

This vacation home is very spacious. The house has two single beds, a sofa, a separate toilet and a bathroom. In the bathroom, you have a spacious shower and a sink. In addition, this casita has air conditioning, television, internet connection and a very well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the utensils you need for your stay.

OUTDOORS OF CASITA INGENIO
Outside at this casita is a spacious terrace where you can fully enjoy your privacy and tranquillity. On the terrace, you will find a lovely lounge area and a dining table where you can enjoy until late. At this casita, you can make use of a shared swimming pool and a shared barbecue. At the pool, you have several sunbeds at your disposal where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course.

The house is only 10 minutes drive from the airport and about 30 minutes from the south of the island. Only 5 to 10 minutes drive away are shopping centres, supermarkets and many different restaurants.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Deposit € 200,- to be paid in cash or by credit card (only Visa and Mastercard) on arrival. You will be asked on site for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) or the same credit card so that you will receive the deposit back on your account within 72 hours after departure if you have left the holiday home in correct condition.

Arrival between 20:30 - 22:00 hrs: € 30,-
Arrival between 22:00 - 00:00 hrs: € 50,-
And on arrival between 00:00 - 01:30 hrs: € 80,-
