You can relax or enjoy the sun around the communal swimming pool. Prefer to go to the beach? It's only a five minute walk.

This apartment consists of two floors and is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach. Downstairs you will find the attractive living room with sofa, satellite television and DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, freezer and sufficient kitchen utensils. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The master bedroom also has a balcony with a view of the harbor and a sitting area with sofa and beautiful carpet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
OUTSIDE APARTMENT PASITO BLANCO II
Outside you have a nice private terrace with lounge set at your disposal. From your balcony with seating you have a view of the marina. You walk through the gate to the spacious communal swimming pool. A mini market is located a 5-minute walk away.
Beach Apartment Pasito Blanco II is located in the luxury residential area of Pasito Blanco, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and approximately 300 meters from the harbor. The 'La Punta Yacht Club' is also within walking distance. If you would like to visit another beach besides the beach of Pasito Blanco, we can heartily recommend the sand dunes of Maspalomas. You can reach the sand dunes within a 15-minute drive.

From the booking date until 43 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 30% of the total price of the rent.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
