APARTMENT CASOBEL HOLIDAY HOME IN JÁVEA
This modern new apartment is located in the cosy seaside resort of Jávea and is on the first floor. The corner flat is modern and tastefully decorated, you will experience plenty of comfort here. On your balcony you will find a comfortable lounge set. There is a spacious, communal swimming pool, as well as a children's playground. The flat is located 20 minutes' walk from the beach and the old port. To the historic centre you walk with 15 minutes, which has many cosy restaurants. A supermarket is around the corner from the apartment.
LAYOUT APARTMENT CASOBEL
Apartment Casobel is on the first floor and has wheelchair access. You enter in the hallway and at the end of the wide corridor you enter the spacious living room with sitting area, dining area and satellite TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, toaster, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and juicer. The three bedrooms all have two single beds (90x200). There are two bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.
OUTSIDE OF APARTMENT CASOBEL
Apartment Casobel's fine balcony features a comfortable lounge corner. A nice place to start the day with a cup of tea or fresh juice. The shared swimming pool is fenced and very spacious. There is also a play area for the children. Rather go to the beach? A pebble beach is a 20-minute walk from your flat. You can park your (rental) car in the garage under the complex.

- In the period from July to August we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking must connect to previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €300,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Apartment Casobel is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March, winter rental is € 1750,- per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee.
