Apartment Layout Helena
Apartment Helena is located on the 1st floor of a complex with a total of 5 floors, accessible via stairs or lift. The spacious living room is equipped with a seating area, dining area, and Smart TV with Dutch channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dining bar and includes a fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and citrus press. From the kitchen, you have access to the utility room, which contains the washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, and drying rack. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200) en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: double bed (180x200). Bedrooms 3 and 4: both with 2 single beds (90 x 200). There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters. Air conditioning is present throughout the entire apartment.

OUTSIDE AT APARTMENT HELENA
From the living area, you walk through the sliding door onto the spacious terrace (facing east). There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a lounge area. There is also a communal outdoor swimming pool. From the pool, you can walk directly to Platja de l'Espigo beach.

Particularities
- In the period from July through August, we apply a minimum stay of 7 nights with a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, we apply a minimum stay of 4 nights, and arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week. Ask us about the possibilities.

Deposit
A deposit of €350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the deposit settlement effectively, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

VRBO
If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs must still be paid in cash on-site. These costs are not included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made up: € 315

WINTER RENTAL
Helena Apartment is suitable for winter stay. The apartment is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for which are € 35 per week, which must be paid in advance upon reservation. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March, rates are available upon request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
