The beautiful island is definitely worth a visit and there is always something to do. Gran Canaria has a volcanic origin, resulting in few natural sandy beaches, but there are many beautiful man-made ones. In this blog we would like to highlight two great child friendly beaches, so you can enjoy a carefree day with your family!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Playa de Amadores<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to enjoy a day in the sun yourself, but also want to let the children play, Playa de Amadores is perfect for you. This unique beach is located in the south-west of Gran Canaria. With a great sand beach and clear blue water, it is the ideal place to spend your day; just sit back and relax. The beach is surrounded by rocks, which means you are shielded from the wind and high waves. In the bay of Amadores, you find a large jumping park (entrance is charged), where children can play around to their heart&#8217;s content. The entire beach is non-smoking and there&#8217;s no music played.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After such a wonderful beach day, how great is it to be able to return to the comfort of your own villa? Here we recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casitatravel.com\/rentals\/villa-maspalomas-villa-lagos-386108.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Villa Lagos<\/a>. We have several types of Villa Lagos in our selection. Theses villas all offer a wonderful large terrace, where you can sit back at the end of the day in a comfortable lounge chair. This lovely golden sand beach is perfect for families with children. The beach has a gently sloping seabed and has a play area for children. Puerto de Mog\u00e1n offers various water sports activities. Love to go snorkeling? Then Playa de Mog\u00e1n is highly recommendable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lovely place to get back to after a great beach day is, for example, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casitatravel.com\/rentals\/apartment-mogan-apartment-amarillo-407615.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Apartment Amarillo<\/a>.
